Amazing but just wish the pool and hot tub was working.

I like everything about the property. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The only downfall is the pool and hot tub were down again. Last year the hot tub was down and this year both were down.

The staff and pool

Was placed in a room without a working TV in bedroom for 15 hours. I was never moved into another room. The next morning, they c-‘e to fix the tv and acted as if nothing ever happened. It was the holiday and I also had the family with me so it was overwhelming that night with no other television.

Many offerings. However I don't like powdered scrambled eggs. Awful! Hard boiled would have beeb great!

Only guests allowed in pool. While I can understand that, as a single traveler it would have been nice to have my local friend join me for a swim.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. It was a very clean and well-kept facility. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have a full-size refrigerator. Two suggestions- have more trashcans, have better lighting in the kitchen area. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was extremely helpful. They were very busy as the hotel was full, but always took time out to help or help solve a problem. The hotel was very quiet despite being very full.

More room and amenities than we needed made it feel like an extra special accommodation.

We didn't join in breakfast. We liked the size and amenities of the hotel and the friendliness of staff.

There were a few minor things in the room that weren't ideal. The garbage disposal wasn't working. A few lightbulbs were out. But the biggest issue was in the design of the shower; the door opened in so it was impossible to turn on the water without either getting all the way in (and blasting oneself with cold or hot water) or contorting to turn on the water (which then blasted out onto the floor.) The fan in the shower was also VERY LOUD, so loud it was extremely disruptive to the other person in the room (i.e. if that person was asleep).

the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect for my purposes. super friendly and helpful staff when they were around. Chester, the maintenance staff was great.

the kitchen was dirty, there were several lights out in the room, the kitchen equipment was very poor. no handle on one of the pans. the room was dirty the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, the floor hadn’t been adequately cleaned. it was super noisy. children allowed to run in the halls, no supervision. the room above me was VERY loud from 12am to 3 am. no staff to take care of the number of guests. it has declined in quality since the last time I stayed. i probably wont be returning to stay here anytime in the near future. the maintenance helper, (not Chester) was scary, unprofessional, looked like a gang member. not knowledgeable. it seemed like he was just the first available person who walked-in for a job.

The breakfasz was excellent. The room size and the amenities were excellent.

The outside night lights lit up the room zoo much. My wife needs darkness to help her sleep. The room brightness hindered her sleeping.
