The front desk lady Kim and the bistro lady Carla were great!

The sofa bed was awful with blood stains on it

This hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent and the food was good as well.

Not much there and what was there was expensive.

Disabled room didn't offer much to help the disabled. The air conditioning in my son's room wasn't working and his room was notclean

I did not like that my room was not cleaned and there was weed and ashes on the desk of my room and it smelled like must and not clean. On top of that the manager Alisa was not pleasant very rude and disrespectful. I complained about the room she originally said she would switch it out. I was waiting for her to do so I also had already told her we got the room I booked for 4 people for a memorial celebration to honor my niece who was killed nine months ago to do a girls nights with my nieces 2 19 and one 21. she said I had to stay there with I said it was fine but I had to run to the store and get a phone charger. She made a big deal out of me informing my other 21 year old niece of our conversation and stopped checking someone else in to get in my face and tell me if I didn’t like it to leave. she then proceeded to yelling telling me to vacate and becoming very aggressive. I called corporate and filed a complaint the BBB.

hotel was over booked. I was rebooked to another property nearby, but not exactly the news you want at 10pm when getting in town for another meeting

Lovely view, and quiet.

The TV kept going out.

The location is great! So many restaurants and stores nearby! I would definitely stay here again should I ever revisit the area.

When we initially arrived, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor in our room. However, we did notify the cleaning staff right away and a manager came to our room almost immediately. They were all very quick to remedy the situation, which was very much appreciated!

Property was well maintained. My room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful if needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if I’m in the area.

Rooms are adequately sized. Bed was comfortable but nothing remarkable. Shower pressure was wonderful.

The room was not clean. There appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress which was visible through the sheets. The chair and ottoman set had visible dirt/stains. The bathroom was mostly clean but far from spotless.

Location for purpose of trip.

Did not get the room I booked which was supposed to be a King Bed and instead was given a Room with Two Queens but checked-in late and was too tired to change rooms. The Air Conditioner was Very Loud and did not work well and the Shower Drain was not working well and the Shower Tub Overflowed. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we’re told it ended at 9:00am, which seems early and offered for only a short period. We were there for Breakfast at 9:15am but there was no signs that Breakfast was even offered.

Pool was out. Unforeseen circumstances but a big disappointment

looked like beautiful rooms and very nice lobby.

booked weeks in advance. booking said their policy was 18 and over is considered an adult. My boyfriend and I are both 19. we arrived and it was 21 and over to check in. staff member told me “you’re not allowed to stay here. you need to leave.” They immediately refunded me without my permission or even listening to me explain what booking said. the staff member that assisted me was completely rude. very upset.

cleanliness and comfort it was good just was very disappointed in service

Very disappointed in my stay here at Courtyard. The pool and hot tub were closed. My name was spelled wrong when we checked so I had trouble checking in. Was told there was grab and go breakfast went down at 830 and everything was locked up. Very displeased.

The room was nice clean and the front desk was awesome very friendly and knew her stuff

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. Couldn't sleep the cover on the bed was not enough for 2 people 🙄 the little refrigerator didn't work
