The room was great

The location, room was clean the staff was friendly

No microwave in room and the fridge froze everything

The staff was very good and helpful, the rooms very clean, the free breakfast was great.

The first day after our first night we went back to the hotel to rest. There was banging and noise for several hours in the afternoon. We understand about cleaning the rooms. But it disturbed us. It doesn’t result in lower rating.

I don’t know what could be done other the softer door closers. The doors to the rooms close with a banging noise.

change out towels/garbage every day versus every other like happened to us. We weren't aware that they weren't changing every day. Just communicate a little better, that's all.

Very convenient hotel to stop at during a long drive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for a long drive, just off 77 and easy to reach the Turnpike from.

The signage on the road could be larger -- I missed the entrance to the parking area the first time I drove up to it.

The only two complaints is that I booked off of booking.com & there was no free cancellation if need be..And there was barely no hair conditioner in the shower..I have long hair & it needs alittle more conditioner then what I could pump out🫤

Excellent Value; Friendly Staff

Excellent Value Friendly Staff A solid well located hotel. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Well equipped with a small indoor pool and workout room. Good continental breakfast. The waffles are excellent. Staff is efficient and friendly. Heather, who works the breakfast, is super sweet and goes out her way for the customers. Jaswanth, the night receptionist efficiently checked us in and solved a billing problem from a previous stay in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

The rooms were nice. I saw staff amazing breakfast needs to be improved. However was an enjoyable stay for one night.

The breakfast was not the best as I would have expected from. Hilton. Stale danishes and eggs that tasted not like eggs, had more variety at other hotels I’ve been too

Great location & breakfast

We had been traveling for about a month. I never saw anyone stocking and cleaning the breakfast area better than Heather. She cleaned tables immediately upon people leaving. Constantly cleaning and restocking the breakfast buffet area. She was pleasant, helpful, and had a smile. The person that registered us was helpful, my daughter said in getting an additional blanket because the room didn't have any in the closet.

When we arrived, a woman was smoking outside the entrance door. It turned out to be the woman registering us. She was very pleasant. The room was set for either 68 or 69, and it was FREEZING. One of the beds was not tucked in, and the top sheet was wrinkled. We had driven many hours, it was late, and we dealt with it. Towels in bathroom newsy as well. The body soap bottle in the shower ran out as well. The high rating was due to Heather at breakfast. You have a person who cares and wants to please

The hotel renovated but the cleaness need improve.

I liked staff and the location

They had a renovation but my room's bathrooms lock was inside out. It was inconvenient. Also, the closet has paper crumbs and toilet bottom part has yellow stain. Beds were making noise a lot when we toss.

Friendly staff and very clean . Very nice location, close to many restaurants and highway.

Mattress was a little hard and no extra blankets in room. Front desk did have extras blankets when asked. Breakfast was not up to par, eggs were cold

It was fine.

The location was great. Very close to Blossom Music Center. The room was standard, and the breakfast was ok. The morning Front Desk Clerk was amazing.

No one at the desk when we returned from our event, and our key didn't work. We finally found someone, who made us new keys, but those didn't work either. The A/C was set to 62 when we arrived, which was way too cold.

The hotel is under major construction. This was not mentioned on the website. There was no discount given. The bathroom wasn't clean enough. I spilled something on the floor and there were hairs on the floor that weren't mine.

It’s a HAMPTON INN. It was close to highway, when we needed to stop for the day.

Front desk staff were great. The person manning the morning breakfast. Walked in at 9:59 and was told breakfast ended at 10:00 and we could not grab and go. sad, as the Food was still out and we were not asking for her to go find things. But she a schedule to keep and a Manager watching her and we need to leave so she can clean up. Sad for a Sunday morning. She needs to get some proper training on dealing with people.

mediocre at best

location…

the room didn’t have even a chair, i asked for queen beds they were full size. it smelled weird, wasn’t super clean. and incidentals were higher than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in.. not like other Hamptons just not up to par at all.

Good breakfast, very good location and close to gas station (around the corner), shops and restaurant is only within 5 minutes drive. Room is good and keep us warm through the night. Good bed and pillow.

location .

i have stayed in this hotel in the past too but I have seen it’s condition deteriorating over the time . Rooms need a bit of deep cleaning and I could see the cloth around the bed being stained . one of the towels I picked up also looked stained . The hotel seriously need to do a cleanliness audit . They have got competition around and people like me will shift to other hotels if the corrections are not done . Management please wake up .
