Comfortable and yet unpleasant

Pillows were oddly comfortable for a hotel. It was very clean.

Check in was 3:00 pm we arrived about 4:00pm and waited just shy of two hours to get our room. While I am sure the lady working the desk was having a rough day she treated each customer that approached the desk and asked to check into their room as though it was their fault that the housekeeping crew was three hours behind. The manager in the morning added some points to our account to try and compensate us for the inconvenience while I appreciated the effort the delay threw off our plans for the night.

Location off highway

Breakfast area & items were not well attended in the morning, they were out of coffee at 8:30am. We discovered tiny ants on the nightstand in our room when we woke up in the morning. We were not able to get an early check in & had to rush for a wedding, which is why we chose this location. The attendant working at the desk when we called about early check-in & when we arrived at the hotel was not pleasant & could use some customer service training.

Location. Night shift manager (Tyler) was helpful since first room had to heat

First room. No heat. Second room was dirty. Hair clip on floor. Shower didnt drain because of hair buildup

Luxury and comfort at affordable rates.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next day was good and all the employees were pleasant. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in over the last few years.

Everything at this facility was top notch. The staff, room, breakfast, pool/spa. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Thank you for providing a property that was even better than advertised (which never happens). I’d definitely stay there again.

The TV in the room was not good, The device was old, and the channel selection limited. The room air unit was loud. The breakfast was disappointing. The bananas Friday were black. The bacon was so thin you could see through it. I went out for breakfast at my expense.

Great place to stay with nice employees and a luxurious feel

Located far enough off the highway so there wasn't a lot of traffic or noise, breakfast was really good and sometimes went after 9 am. Lobby was spacious and modern. Pool was small, but jacuzzi was large.

The mini fridge was set to arctic ice.

Close to Cuyahoga National Park. Staff are very nice, polite and patient. Clean. I like the swimming pool and whirlpool.
