It was gross and dirty. The room we got was so dirty when we got there. The owner walked in to our room on check out day with his card and never knocked out nothing just walked in. They were not nice people. There was bed bugs we found when we were leaving. Do not book this hotel at all.

Only stayed one night because there was no other option at the time.

Bed was comfortable.

Smell of sewage coming from bathroom. Dead roaches in the corner of the bathroom. Stained sheets to the point it was questioned if they were clean. Duct tape used at a transition strip from tile to carpet in the hallway.

Reason why it's so cheap,

Food left in rooms from previous people, had to fix tv myself, maintenance didn't have a clue. Paint peeling off, bed was clean but horrible.

They didn't ask for a damage deposit although it said there would be one on Booking.com.

The bed was very firm, and uncomfortable. I tossed and turned throughout most of the night. My lower back was very sore in the morning. There also isn't any breakfast offerings at this motel.. not even fruit, or muffins.. absolutely NOTHING!! The other reviews, and ratings are sadly true...

Convenient location.

The property is run down and needs repairs. When I attempted to raise the toilet seat it came off in my hand. The knob on the shower faucet also was not attached, resulting in nearly being scalded. Given a choice of sleeping in my car or at this property I would have to choose my car.

Dirty/ Unsanitized, hair on bed.

We only liked the bed. The staff was nice enough however the room was filthy feces on the toilet, the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the bed had hair on the sheets. I bought my own cleaning products to clean the tub and toilet seat. The only things said when I informed the front desk,"you come back your room will be free". Trust when I say I'll never go back. Not to mention I live in another state, I was there to visit friends. Horrible way to end our vacation!!

The rooms were dirty nasty. We had to scrub the rooms to stay in them way to go to Walmart buy everything to clean the rooms. I’m talking nobody clean the damn rooms.

Price and location. Just off the freeway right by several places to get food since they do not offer breakfasts.

This place was dirty! This is the first time I have ever complained about a room being too dirty and has to be switched. The first room literally still had hair on the bed sheets, the curtains were falling down, and used soap on the counter. The second row had been painted, but no one put down anything on the ground before they painted service paint splatters everywhere. The bed was marginally cleaner, but I still decided to use my own sheets rather than use theirs. The police were on property multiple times in my couple nights stay. I believe this this hotel is run by a single family, which is cool at all, but I do think the front ended desk did have some language barriers that just made it hard for me to be able to express needs. I'm 100% for immigration and all, and I know America doesn't have an official language, but when the hotel has no power and people are trying to find out what's going on and some people locked out of rooms, it would make more sense to have an English speaker at the desk.

Nothing looks cared for-elevator missing buttons and looked downright scary. Our toilet took 3-4 flushes to work every time, thought for sure it was going to overflow. Heat/air conditioning unit made horrible sounds, had to turn off

Discrimination no amenities

Racist manger. He told me he doesn't want my kind on his property anymore even though Ive been visiting this hotel long before he worked there. Harassing means my family multiple times throughout the night yes even after checking in. Cigarette holes in every sheet. This is not me trying to bash them I've stayed at this hotel over 25 times in the last 6 months and I've been charitable but after the discriminatory remarks the manager made I will not return.

It was ok for what I needed

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The ice machine was broken my entire stay. Their was no daily housekeeping and after 2 days I started seeing roaches. Bathroom shower should have been replaced

Roach Hotel

The customer service was good

The room was full of roaches, and tub hasn't been cleaned in ages. The clerk came up with 2 cans of roach spray, which lead me to believe this was not the first time, sprayed and said we could change rooms, Nope, refund was granted.

Cancelled a pre paid room. no solutions.

We reserved 4 rooms and pre paid. Whe. We arrived they had cancelled one of our rooms so they could sell it for more money. They were sold out and couldn't help at all. We got a refund from booking.com but that didn't help our situation. And nothing else was done to compensate or apologize.
