    The first room i stayed in was good. The second night was terrible. The floor was dirty, the shower and sink drains were clogged, the tv remote was not working, the sleep number bed was broken, and the smoke detector was missing.

    The Radisson used to be a top tier hotel. This one has dropped off to the bottom of the barrel. I had to stay there for 6 weeks while my house was being repaired. The front lobby is inviting and looks great but that's the end of the positive reviews. The back parking lot was covered with trash to include raw chicken that sat for over 2 weeks. They served breakfast for $9 which was far from special. Better off going down the street to one of the restaurants. My entire stay, they only served breakfast one time. They said they didn't have the people to serve breakfast. The first floor ice machine leaked all over the floor and the solution was to throw towels down on the water. The water eventually soaked through and all over anyway. The vending machine on the second floor was out of order the whole time. It appears the washer and dryer hasn't had mantaince done to them since they been there. The washer machine smelled horrible and the dryer was filled with lint to the point the lint trap didn't fit in it anymore. Huge safety and fire hazard. The hot tub was out of order the whole time. The pool was open during the week when it was not a lot of people there. When there was a lot of people and or the weekend hit, it was always closed for maintenance. The rooms were great to look at from afar. Looking closer, the carpet was completely nasty as well as the furniture. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. The tub was filthy. You could see the layers of dirt running down the walls and tub. They did have sleep number mattresses but they didn't work. The bed was good until I woke up after the first night with my arm covered in bites. Upon further review, my sheets was covered in bed bugs. I brought it up to the front desk and the guy offered me a new room and told me to inspect it before I take it. I don't know why my room being completely dirty when they have kids doing the housekeeping. Not just one tagging along with mom for the day, several kids working cleaning rooms for a whole shift. The housekeeper was a very nice lady but communication was very hard because she spoke very little English. But she had way too much of a workload and very few tools to be effective. That same night, my old room already had guests in it and I am sure nothing was done about them. My freezer went out and filled my room with the smell of Freon. The few things I tried to save was allowed to be put in their employees refrigerator which was nice. But the lady thought putting my frozen food in the refrigerator instead of the freezer made perfect sense and all my food was no longer good. I wasn't giving any kind of compensation for the lost items or even an apology. Then they decided that they were going to start charging me $10 dollars a day for my service dog staying there. Even though I didn't have to, I showed them my service dog papers and my medical records. I was told it didn't matter, I was still going to be charged $10 a day. I even said that is against the law and I would press charges if I was forced to pay a pet fee. After I said that, the staff completely treated me like trash and cold towards me. During a heavy rain day, my bathroom wall started to leak water. I took a video of it and showed the front desk lady and she said if it happens again to just tell them and they will note it. The final stab was when I left my room and got a phone call 5 hours later asking me to return to my room. I returned and my bathroom flooded and first half of my room was soaked in water. They were already inside my room and started looking around for where the water came from. They looked at the ceiling and said it couldn't have came from upstairs and had to come from my room. I told the guy lets narrow it down, is the sink and the bath tub dry on the sides of it. He wiped it and they were complaining dry. I said well the only other thing with running water is the toilet. He left to get a wet vac to dry the floor. After running it across the floor once,

    Paid for a king room was to get a water with my booking and was part of my reservation and once I got there I wasn’t honored my reservations and they didn’t put me in the king room or king bed like my reservation was for they then put me in a room with two double beds not a king bed like was to be for and there was absolutely no hot water tot ale a shower and they didn’t do anything about it at all!!!
