Room was basic but in need of some cosmetic work. Paint peeling from the ceiling, bathroom beyond needing cosmetic work. Looked downright dirty. I don’t think we’d stay there again.

Old hotel, elevator carpets stained. I was charged $8 for who knows what. Disputed with cc so I got my Money back but still inconvenienced. I would definitely not stay again solely based on the property condition.

The heat emitted such a terrible odor that we could not use it. The room was cold and the staff was not helpful in any way.

Upon arrival I had to deposit 75 dollars for my stay which I was unaware of prior. I got to my room and the a/c unit didn’t work so I was switched to a different room. In the second room the a/c worked but after I showered I noticed that the shower head was leaking. The second night the shower head was leaking even worse but I was busy with work items so I decided just to place a wash cloth over it to control it for my stay since I had already had issues with my previous room and didn’t want the hassle of the second issue. When I checked out on my final day I let the front desk know about the shower issue so that it could be fixed for the next guest. When I got home I check to see if my 75 dollar deposit had been returned only to find out that I had been charged 50 dollars for what I’m assuming was the shower head that I didn’t break. I’ll never stay at this location again

Have stayed here several times in the past. Unlike so many other properties, this hotel gets better with time. Great service, very clean and well kept, and better than average breakfast. Highly recommend when in Pittsburgh.

When I entered the room it smelled of stale smoke and was a non-smoking room. Several lights did not work and there was no shampoo. The front desk staff was pleasant, but the general state of the hotel is run down.

Friendly service, easy check-in, close to everything I need, easy neighborhood to navigate, this hotel is always spot on and I have now stayed there at least 3 or 4 times if not more. At this point I have lost count, but I always know I will get a great experience!

Definitely much love to the receptionists. They were all wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. It was very quiet hotel it seemed.The location was way up on the hill, which made it unique. The area was in a more uperclass neighborhood as far as I could tell. I am for sure going to come back next time for a longer stay.
