- Practical living-dining room with open kitchen, equipped with a dining table for 4 diners, HD TV and sofa bed of 1.40x1.90 cm.
- Fully equipped American kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer, water kettle, toaster...
- Main bedroom with double bed of 1.50x1.90 cm with ensuite bathroom.
- 1 Ensuite bathroom equipped with practical shower, washbasin, WC and mirror.
It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel) 1 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

Nice old building right in the old town. clean and comfortable. Good bed with blackout curtains. on a quiet street but the street goes right past the bedroom so there is a little street noise. Small issue with the bathroom - water leaks from the shower onto the floor - but not a big deal for a couple of days

Can’t say enough about the location…perfectly centered in the heart of Valencia with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood. My 3 stars is for 2 reasons. We arrived almost two hours late at 16:30 but when we arrived the flat had not been cleaned from the previous guests (even though check out is 11 am, they had all day). We were told to go out and come back in an hour, we had just traveled 3 hours in a bus and did not want to “go out”. They did kindly return the cleaning fee. The second reason and most disturbing was on one afternoon I was asleep on the sofa after a long day, my husband went out for food, I woke up to a man coming in to the flat with keys. Honestly it was terrifying at that moment. He asked me what was I doing there. I told him we rented this flat. He never identified himself so I was trying to stay calm. He abruptly left. Needless to say the remaining time there I was on high alert. The management told me it was a “glitch”. For me it was a major security breach.
