A good option walking distance from the beach

The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. The bungalows are simple yet pretty cute, and the central space with huts is also beautiful. The room was fairly spacious and with a comfortable mosquito net on the bed. The bathroom was also spacious, with water heater and the floor at two levels so it doesn't get all flooded when you have a shower. The restaurant has average prices and the food was OK (although the pad see ew was served with thin glass noodles instead of the usual flat wide noodles without any prior notice).

Breakfast not included, which I knew, but they didn't even give complimentary water... First place in Thailand where not even a bottle of water was offered on arrival (many even offer tea/coffee and fruits...). The owner had a couple of moments with strange unexpected attitudes... like deciding not to bring the change assuming it was good as a tip without me saying anything about it... that's not how it should work. Compared to the amazing hospitality experienced in other places, I think they can do better.

My long time favourite on Ko Lanta

My long time favourite at Ko Lanta. Old style wooden bungalows with just a fan but very near to one of the most beautiful beaches are nowadays difficult to find because the majority of people seem to be unable to survive without AC, TV and fridge. There is a hot water shower, a mosquito net, stable and fast WiFi and incredibly friendly and helpful owner and staff. Rooms will be cleaned on demand, its very quiet at night but still very near the beach and lost of excellent restaurants, bars, massage places and shops. Gusthouses in Ko Lanta have become very expensive during the last years but this one is still extremely good value for money. They have now even added AC rooms but I can just recommend to stay in the wooden upstairs bungalow with a nice balcony to relax.

Absolutely nothing which I did not like. Yes m there are some mosquitos, the access road can be very muddy and slippery when its raining, the room is not antiseptically clean....but it is not a five star resort either.....and you will have difficulties to find such a beautiful place anywhere on Lanta for the same price.

The location right next to the beach is amazing. The team is so welcoming and always there to help out. The bungalows are simple but very clean and cozy. I booked only for 2 nights at first but extended for over a week !! The place is quiet, the garden view give a sense of holiday. There is a big kitchen, some spots to hang out. I highly recommend !

Great stay in Koh Lanta

+ Great vibe of the place, nice area to hang out and chill with the people, beers and other drinks accessible + Location - right next to the beach, restaurants and bars nearby + Owner and the staff - everything can be sorted like transport, trips, scooter rental - "whatever you need, we can do this" attitude + The bungalows are fairly comfortable although bear in mind that you can spot some lizards or other bugs :) Would definitely come back

Room was matching the description. Stuff was very kind (also help to rent scooter, book a transfer). Possibility to get a cold water from water dispenser for small charge was so usefull. No A/C, but fan was sufficient.

Very small room attached to reception. Holes in fly screens. Mosquito net provided but was blowing around all night as definitely needed to use fan on highest level as tiny space. Very loud with upstairs bungalow, can hear everything. Be aware not much privacy, bungalows close together and not at all sound proof. We left a night early, used the room to store our things and found other accomadation for a little extra money. Staff were nice and a minute walk to the beach.

Nice, welcoming and green place to stay at Long Beach

Very nice and relaxed place to stay with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Perfectly located close to the beach and with lots of trees around the facilities. The bungalows are quite simple, but clean. Loved that they are trying to reduce plastic by encouranging refilling of water bottles.

Not a problem for me, but note that there are no AC, only fans, as this might be an issue for some travelers.

Property desc is outdated, misleading. Would recommmend ipdating the booking details so guests don't factor inaccuracies into choice to book this location. - No restaurant or bar currently onsite. - There is a communal kitchen, but only with daily fee (I believe 50 baht/day). - Bungalow 10 missing a mosquito net, which was listed in the room details.

Property was as described, easy bike hire and booking transfers to other islands through hotel. We did not have mosquito net first night, but asked for one for other night nights and was put up for us no problem.

They don’t do breakfast as the advert says but there are plenty of restaurants around.

The best part of this stay were the owners! They were really kind and helpful!

Our room was not hygenic. We had a spider the size of my hand walking in our bathroom. And throughout our stay three cockroaches (5cm in size). Also there were bloodstains on the wall next to the bed. Which was really unhygenic and not comfortable at all. Moreover the roaster of the neighbour woke us up at 4 every morning. He alarmed us every 10 minutes for two hours, approximately from 4 am to 6 am.

Very welcoming hosts, beautiful rooms, lovely garden, very clean, appreciated the mosquito net. Great location close to the beach, lovely little toiletries in bathroom. Hosts were very good at organising scooter rental / airport transfer

As a solo traveller the nature noises during the night were a little scary for me (but I imagine others love this!) and with only a small hook to shut door at night felt a little un-secure

Exceptional

Our stay was amazing! It's even hard to mention everything that we liked about the place. Every single person at Leafhouse team was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and they went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Since it was empty (still because of covid), they even let us use the kitchen for our cooking nights and shared their food with us. Booking tours to the other islands was very easy as well. The room was comfy and clean. Plus, the beach is literally in the backyard. Literally, nothing to complain! Lexi, Joy and Kon, thank you so much for your hospitality! Hope to see you again :)

Property ran out of water for a full day. I realize things happen, so no harm done. Although, it was a day of intense sea lice in the ocean & intense heat in the day! Restaurant & bar stated on premises, which did not exist, should update! Also, no harm, as available nearby.
