Starting with the positive, overall the staff were polite especially the bar and breakfast staff. Breakfast was an excellent spread, topped up regularly and staff were efficient and polite.
The amenities overall were well maintained although the pool area wasn’t cleaned up well each night, rubbish was left poolside the next morning.
The beach was stunning, plenty of places to eat and bars etc. Beautiful warm sea, white sand, gorgeous sunsets.
The negatives, the check in/check out was impersonal and lacked welcoming, especially in comparison to the last accommodation we had stayed at. We had money go missing from our bag, left unlocked one morning when we went to breakfast. We usually padlocked our case each day and this particular morning we forgot. We had £100 in notes and when we arrived back from breakfast, only £70 remained. We immediately reported this to reception staff and they did nothing except to say we should have used the safe in the room. I stated this was avoided due to the fact the safes weren’t bolted in place. They had a camera right outside our room but no action was taken by the staff to rectify this. From this point on we felt very unsafe and specified that we wanted no-one to enter our room, including staff.
The sun bed war is real!! We saw multiple arguments and even had one guy tell us we were on his sun loungers. Staff say they’ll remove other people’s towels if people are caught reserving them and we did witness this to be true

I stayed for 10 nights here. My room was a ‘superior’ room. V basic but bed was comfortable. Air con was good. Not cleaned properly each day.
The whole place looked uncared for. Needed a good clean and refurbish. It had two pool areas which was good. But unless you got up at 6.30am to put towels on sun beds you didn’t get one. Not sure why they have so few. Many of the chairs were broken and cushions were torn. Great location so I spent most days on the beach because it was much nicer than the hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.
