Nice and chill bungalows, quiet and convenient location between the beach and main road. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant is also very good especially for Thai food.
No cleaning service or daily water. You could probably ask for it but it’s not made clear. With the beach the room gets sandy after a while. Part of the deal with the cheaper price level.

The room was clean and had all the basic necessities. Big towels (no hand towels) kettle, a couple of hangers and a mini fridge. Very minimalistic. The sad looking shower was surprisingly good with warm water. AC worked.
The paid breakfast was arranged so that you could order very basic toast + coffee breakfast from a nearby restaurant for a certain amount of money. Short distance to the beach, but certainly not the most beautiful part of the island. Lots of cannabis vibes if u are into it. Hostel style hotel - when u don`t need much.
The noise late at night is absurd. It comes from the live music bar nearby and the Thai boxing place. They are just on the mainroad, so there is just a few tree in between.
The room was shaking and because there were no windows, it was like the concert was in our room. This is no place for kids. Noise stopped one night at 00.30am. Had a one night without any noise, it was amazing.
It's really a shame that the bars is ruining this place location.

The beach was nice and the people at the resort were helpful.
The location was quite natural - nice plantings and birds.

Nearby restaurants - Mon and Mr Pad Thai were great.
Toilet facilities - they obviously need to fix the drainage so the toilet doesn't back up after rain.
The security of the villa was minimal - you could open the door with a butter knife.
the whole place had a very rough and ready, slightly run down feel.
