Relaxing stay with great location

The location was exceptional (close to the beach and great restaurants nearby). We had two seperate beds, which was great. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet and relaxing in general.

They do not have the best facilities, especially the bath rooms were not very appealing. The first room we were in was not the cleanest, the second one however was better. Still, it might be one of the best mid-budget options at the long beach.

Lovely location beside the beach

Loved this place and location. I requested a twin bedded room which we got the next day. This was much better for us. We did feel the need to rent a motorbike although we could have. We had everything we needed within walking distance (second visit to Koh Lanta ) loved this area, beach with its own little community

The property is very close to the beach!

Wasn’t the easiest way to get there. The place is located behind the restaurants on the beach. You have to walk along the beach, which during high tide means you have to walk in the sea.

A beautiful location at the end of the road. Very quiet and peaceful. Only a few steps away from the beach, and Mr Wee's restuarant. Very secluded and felt in nature. However, a 10 minute walk took you to the main road. Room was massive and so was the bed. Fridge, kettle, safe and great air con.

The best accommodation we had in 3 weeks of Thailand

Great location, 30 second walk to the beach, accessible to a ton of places to eat and get groceries near by, only slight downside is Google maps tries to take you there by a road that does not exist, you just have to take a turn a bit earlier to get there. The room was nothing fancy, but the hot water worked, air conditioner worked well, bed was comfortable enough, the blinds blocked the light and everything was sufficiently clean. Would not hesitate in booking here again.

Fantastic find! Worth it

Fantastic stay! Owners were really friendly and helpful, booked moped through them too which was ideal. Fantastic location, recommend getting moped as that is Koh Lanta and you need one to get around but food, shops and beach is all walking distance from Arrow House. Could have stayed longer and would stay again

Nice clean room, excellent location by the beach, near the gym and muay Thai stadium, and near cafes / restaurants, but still super quiet and peaceful. Most of all though, the staff couldn’t be friendlier and nicer people and they make you feel so welcome from the minute you arrive until you check out..

Our room was soo big! Really comfy beds, clean and large balcony. Nice view to the ocean, and there was a Great restaurant on the beach in front perfect to come out the room and soak up the sun, cocktails and food! The woman at reception was very friendly with great english. She booked us a few trips which were on time and not too crowded. Stated large double bed room with seaview :)

Little gem very close to Long Beach

I have stayed here several times and love everything about this place. - location very close to the beautiful Long beach and I love having long morning walks on the beach - rooms are clean (they clean every other day, which is more than enough for me) - lovely owner - very quiet at night - in a quiet part of Koh Lanta, but there are minimarkets and restaurants very nearby - comfy bed I keep coming back here, because this place never disappoints, already booked my next stay here.

The shower head in my room was not working well, half did not work and the other half was very hard, so it was a bit painful to shower

The location on Long Beach is excellent and there is no bar noise at all. The WiFi worked well. The Thai gentleman on reception was there most of the time and was absolutely lovely.

It was very noisy in the downstairs room when someone flushed the toilet upstairs or ran the tap. If this was in the night the water pump and aircon made it impossible to sleep until everyone had gone to bed. I’d written and asked for an upstairs room and they replied yes but when I arrived there wasn’t one and I didn’t want the hassle of moving the next day.

Superb

This accommodation has a long list of likes as it is great value for money at the price point.. Superb location 20m from the beach and walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants. The room has air conditioning, fan, fridge and bottled water. It is nice and quiet at night and you can hear the sea. The owner is lovely and is more than happy to help you with what ever you need. I highly recommend staying here.

The decor is dated as you would expect at this rate and the fridge turns off while you are out. . It still represents great value for money.

My 4th time there and I will come back

This was the 4th time I stayed with Lanta Arrow House. I like it there, kind and friendly staff who care, comfortable room and I feel safe. It's very quiet and peaceful and just a few steps from the beach but also lively parties happen within couple of minutes walk if you wanted. The mini-mart near Arrow House makes excellent food and fresh smoothies. I always eat there.

The road to Lanta Arrow house is not paved and after heavy rain it becomes very muddy and slippery...some taxis and toktoks refuse to come to the door if the road is too muddy and bumpy

a decent place by the beach

The location of the hotel is perfect: just 50 meters from the beach, and you can find a lot of places to eat around, both at the beach and on the main road. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything that you might need, including a large closet and safety box, which is rare for budget hotels. There also was a sitting area in front of the room. The place was quiet and peaceful and I slept well every night. I booked my ticket to Phuket with them, so I did not need to go anywhere for that. I would say, for the price I paid I got great facilities.

I would not hate it if the hotel staff have cleaned my room more often. Actually, they did it only once in 5 days.
