Amazing comftable and amazing

Amazing property, when you turn up the office is very hippy but then to go through the pool the rooms the staff everything amazing, you can hire scooters on sight me and my partner loved it I have recommended it to 2 American friends wio will be coming this weekend amazing stay thank you guys!! We will be back again soon!

Nice place with amazing owners

The owners were incredible! They helped us a lot, with: - motorbike rental - laundry - booking&rescheduling ferry tickets - helping with stomach problems The place is located very conveniently. The area & the pool are really nice!

When the neighbor is taking a shower You can hear it can get quite loud. The wooden furniture is old and the drawers smell really bad - probably mould. You can feel this smell in the room and we found the source by opening the drawers - the smell was extremaly strong there.

Very smart bungalows close to beach.

Beautiful clean room, very nice pool and gardens. Fabulous welcome :-) Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to beach and main road with many restaurants.

Rather than what I didn’t like a suggestion would be snacks and drinks to be made available to buy :-)

Sad we only stayed for one night.

Staff were so kind and friendly. Room was so clean. Loved the hammock on the balcony. Pool area was perfect, nice sunbeds and umbrellas.

Need a torch to walk to the beach at night.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Really close to the beach, a nice pool area, comfortable and clean room. Cute cats on the property and great service by the staff. Staff did laundry for a small fee, booked tuktuks to the ferry and assisted with booking a motorbike. Loved staying there and would choose this hotel again.

Everything was great, just a small mixup about payment being cash only, but they offered free transport to the ATM as a resolution.

The bungalow cottage was really clean and the garden surrounding the property was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool and the location near the beach. The staff was super friendly and helped us book activities like a snorkling trip straight from reception. There was no restaurant on the property but a really nice breakfast/lunch place just next door. Would highly recommend!

Perfect in every way

This place is nothing but pure paradise ! The most perfect place to stay for comfort , location , friendliness - this place has it all and more ! I felt like I was in my own retreat … the staff all made you feel like family , they went above and beyond in every way ! We loved it that much we are rebooking and retuning as soon as we can ! The hammocks on the balcony were ridiculously comfortable and the spectacular pool area was pristine as well as all the beautiful gardens and surroundings ! What can I say about the staff - just perfect .. the cleaners were so so friendly and so happy - very chatty and kind .. reception and the whole crew made us feel like family ! We were extremely sad to leave and wish we had stayed here the whole time hence we will return without doubt ! I would like to thank all the staff for making our honeymoon so perfect - Hayley and Stu Malee

Beautiful, well maintained bungalows in lovely gardens with a superb pool & very close to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay & highly recommend Pana Resort! The bungalows are decorated & equipped to a very high standard. The shower was brand new, with good water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Lovely terrace with stylish furniture & a hammock. The pool is far larger than the pictures suggest. Really fantastic! The surrounding gardens are beautiful. The resort is perfectly located between the beach & the main road. It is green & quiet. Summer & her mother (& all the staff) were friendly & helpful, including with excursions. I recommend the snorkelling trip to Ko Rok and Ko Ha.

There were no problems! I would have liked tea bags; only instant coffee was provided. It would be great for the resort to move towards refillable drinking water bottles, like some Thai hotels have done, so as to reduce plastic waste. Remember to bring a torch for the lane to the beach/main road after dark, & plenty of mosquito repellent!

Perfect resort for a reasonable price right on the beach

Rooms and pool etc are spotless. It has everything you need and just a 5 minute walk to long beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. The resort offers a laundry service and taxis for a very reasonable price too. What really made our stay was the owners, Sunny and her mum. They are lovely people and couldn’t do enough for us. They even cooked us dinner on our last night! We can’t wait to come back next year.

Highly recommend for couples and families

I've stayed in budget and expensive hotels on lanta. This was the friendliest and cleanest. Bungalows will equipped with wardrobe with hangers, coffee, kettle, umbrella, hammock... Cotton bedding and immaculate. Couldn't do enough for our two week stay there. Pool was clean and inviting and able to use after dinner too. Large fridge freezer in each room. 10 mins drive prom pier and lovely part of long beach. Tricky to find the resort though. 5 mins walk to beach. Mopeds for hire from owner. We paid 250bhat a day (we got two for two weeks).

Absolutely clean housing. By far the best we've had at our thailand trip. The resort is managed by a super nice and welcoming family. The main contact is always available per whatsapp, can speak very good english and helps you find trips for the best price. + If you like cats this place is a must. These cats were soo cute 😄

A fantastic resort run by amazing and friendly people, highly recommended to any travelers to Lanta!

Run by amazingly friendly folks who went extra miles to make my stay comfortable, helping me with everything from transportation to/from the island, scooter rental to recommendations for sights around the island. The bungalow is very clean and comfy, with only a few min walk to the Long Beach. The resort is located right off the middle of the main road on the Long Beach, with lots of restaurants and bars only a short ride away.

Amazing resort, near to the beach. Comfortable bungalows, cozy and clean, very friendly stuff. We spent a good time here! Staff gave fresh fruits every morning and pad thai at last evening to us. We ordered excursion to Koh Rok and it was special price. Hope to come again next year!

Didn’t want to leave!!

Amazing stay in Ko Lanta at pana Long Beach! The family were the kindest and most helpful which definitely added to the stay. Always smiling and willing to help with anything we needed. They organized tours, taxis and even made us dinner one night as well as welcoming us with fresh fruit every morning. Location is perfect with a short few minutes walk to Long Beach which is so peaceful and nearby plenty of restaurants dotted along the main road. The garden surrounding the property is also amazing and tranquil and the property is sparkling clean and comfy. Definitely our favorite stay in Thailand 😃 already planning to return to pana and lanta next year! Also the laundry service provided is so reasonable and great if you have packed light!

No complaints 😊 obviously this is a chalet type accommodation so no restaurant on site or kitchen in the accommodation but there was a fridge and kettle for tea and coffee which was all we needed!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 nuits au Pana Long beach et serions bien resté plus longtemps. Accueil et personnel très sympathique, bungalow propre et confortable dans un superbe environnement, belle piscine. Seulement quelques minutes à pied de la superbe plage de Long Beach. Pas de petit dej proposé par l’hôtel mais possibilité d’en prendre un juste en face.

Unser Zimmer war mit allem Praktischen, was man braucht ausgestattet. Zudem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber! Wir wurden vom Personal herzlich und aufmerksam in Empfang genommen. Toller freundlicher Service mit Vorstellung der KatzenmitbewohnerInnen :) Sehr süße Anlage mit Pool und sehr ruhig. Können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Volle Sternezahl mit Zusatzsternchen :)

Es war für uns alles Top! Eventuell das Poolwasser einen halben Grad kälter ;) Soll mehr verdeutlichen, dass ich Mängel suchen müsste, die nicht wirklich da sind ;)

Superbe! Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait sur koh lanta ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse, c’est très propre, confortable, à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage, à 1 minutes il y a un petit restaurant qui propose le petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait, nous étions tristes de partir !
