Zero maintenance. Far too many things broken.

Big room, close to beach and restaurants

WiFi god awful. Constantly dropping and nothing showing just the other resorts! There is really no excuse for rubbish WiFi yet here it is a daily thing. Just here though not the other close resorts. Lack of any maintenance. Sockets that don't work or won't take a Thai plug, broken lights, non existent internal lights, door doesn't close unless locked, broken curtain runners....etc. High season price is utter nonsense.

Ko Lanta is a quiet pleasant island

Room was spacious, pretty decor and super clean. Location was good. Nice restaurant across the road.

Though staff was friendly they were sporadically available.

Large bungalow (was given an upgrade). Good bathroom with great shower. Room service daily if requested. 5 mins walk to lovely clean, sandy beach. Near restaurants.

Mondern, clean, great value near beach

Clean modern room, great value. On the beach-side of the main room so a short 2 minute walk to Long Beach. Close to markets, cafes yet secluded and quiet within its garden area. Most wonderful are Lym and his parents who run the hotel. After staying here a month, Lym is a good friend now.

Great Location for to explore Ko Lanta

Great host he drove to the pier to pick us up, we received great recommendation for restaurants, We were able to rent a scooter direct from the hotel for a small price, the rooms are well equipped and you don't hear the neighbors too much. Long beach is in walking distance

All you need for a comfortable stay. The room is super clean, such a plaisure! A nice terrace facing a nice quite garden. The location of the hotel is perfect few steps for the beach and along the main road for all services. The owner is super nice and willing to help. For sure come back. Fell so good.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Everything! The rooms were so clean and beautiful. The staff was also amazing! They gave us complimentary fruits everyday and generally were so accommodating to all our requests. We also rented the scooter from them and made our airport booking without any hassle. Just loved the overall vibe of the place. Would love to stay there again.

Superb

Very spacious and clean property! All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. They even gave us fruit a few times!! so sweet! The big TV that you can use to watch YouTube is a nice touch! We couldn’t figure out if some of the electric sockets worked? There were plenty so it was fine, but my partner and I had to plug the electronics into each socket to find the one that worked. Overall, good location with great people. Would stay again! Google Maps will guide you to the accommodation, but the reception / office is the building facing the main road. We walked right passed it!!

It would have been great if we could have had another little bottle of shampoo. We ran out before the last night, but we couldn’t find any staff to get a second bottle.

Ottima posizione, reception non bellissima

La camera era enorme, e si vede che è stata ristrutturata da poco. Ha un balconcino che si affaccia sul giardino che è molto grazioso, con due poltroncine perfette per rilassarsi. Il letto è grande. Non viene effettuata la pulizia delle camere ma gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni; viene fornita l'acqua minerale tutti i giorni. La camera viene consegnata a mio avviso molto pulita anche rispetto a strutture più curate. LA posizione è molto comoda perché ha un noleggio scooter proprio accanto, tantissimi locali e ristoranti vicino ed è sulla strada principale per taxi/transfer e per i pick up delle escursioni. Inoltre la spiaggia è davvero bella e molto vicina, enorme, spaziosa e e silenziosa!

La reception non si presenta bene, è disordinata e non pulita, devo ammettere che mi son preoccupata inizialmente! La struttura è un po' fatiscente e il corridoio su cui si affacciano le porte delle camere (come la mia) dà su una tettoia in metallo e un parcheggio.

Schön gestaltetes großes Zimmer mit kleiner Kücheneinheit und endlich mal ausreichend Ablageflächen. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Wäscheservice zum üblichen Tarif vorhanden. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen. Reichlich Restaurants auch für Frühstück in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir würden sofort wieder hier übernachten.

El administrador fue extremadamente amable en irme a recoger del puerto y llevarme al hotel sin ningún costo extra y me espero algun tiempo hasta que llegue, converso amablemente y me ayudó el mismo a alquilar una moto directamente en el hotel

La habitación estaba literalmente invadida de mosquitos e insectos, miles y miles por lo que era imposible dormir, estar en la habitación ni si quiera ducharse sin que te piquen y era por un hueco que había entre la puerta de la habitación y por eso era como estar afuera! No había solución de tantos mosquitos. La primera noche me di cuenta que no cerraba la puerta de mi habitación y no me sentía segura ya que las habitaciones son prácticamente en la calle, sin ninguna seguridad. Pedí que me ayuden y no tuve respuesta ya que no hay recepción como tal, El siguiente día me ayudaron y se volvió a dañar casi inmediatamente y tuve que permanecer con la Puerta sin seguro durante toda mi estancia por lo que nunca me sentí segura. Cualquier extraño hubiera podido entrar en la noche o a cualquier hora. Además, cometí el error de mandar a lavar mi ropa ahí mismo y me dañaron y mancharon prácticamente todo lo que mandé a lavar. Finalmente contraté con ellos el viaje en Ferri a Phi Phi y es el Ferri más viejo que he tomado en mi vida. Todo es un desorden en la "recepción"

Sehr gemütlich, ruhig und toll gelegen!

Alles! Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und schön ausgestattet. Vor unserer Veranda gab es einen Wasserhahn , um den Sand von den Füßen/Beinen abzuwaschen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Die Veranda lädt ein zum abhängen. Badezimmer top! Direkt nebenan kann man Frühstücken gehen. Die Inhaber sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt! Man läuft etwa 5 Minuten zum Strand "Long Beach", meiner Meinung nach der schönste Strand von Ko Lanta! Dort ist es so idyllisch und ruhig, kaum überlaufen und natürlich. Man fährt etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Nachtmarkt am Pier, unbedingt schlendern, am Pier gibt es fangfrischen Fisch! ;-) Preis-Leistung stimmt vollkommen! Alles top!
