Quiet, clean, comfortable and charming!

This property is beautiful, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The location is great, close to restaurants and the beach. The owner is so kind and welcoming! The room was perfect, especially the bedding and mattress. So comfortable! Also had a little kitchenette with coffee and tea provided.

That we couldn’t stay longer! It was already booked for the rest of our time on the island!

We would come back!

The staff is very nice, helpful, honest and warmhearted! We didn’t use the safe, left our staff openly all the time and felt very safe! The place is a 5 min walk to the next public and super Long Beach. It’s close to a 7/11, the ko hi. And it’s just opposite of the best food in ko lanta in the place called papaya.

Be aware, that it’s a very simple place. It has everything you need, a fridge, a bed, an AC and a bathroom with warm water. But nothing really cozy. You can hear everything from your neighbor (but we didn’t experience anything super loud) and it’s possible that some little things come inside your room since there are small holes in the bathroom and with the front door… all in all, I find it a bit expensive for what you get. But happy to support and I guess it’s high season and from what I saw in ko lanta this is a normal standard and you would need to pay double to get sth nicer at a resort. We would stay again because of this amazing beach closeby, the great people who run this place and the fact that it’s close to the ko hub.

Pretty, calm and comfortable!

The location, the property was so beautiful and calm. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The lady running the property was so attentive and helpful. It was the best stay ever!

Cute little place!

The property is so cute, you have your own little decking area to hang clothes, as well as an en-suite bathroom and crockery/ utensils. It is a short walk away from the beach (no private access), as well as other shops and restaurants. The owner is so friendly and you can book transport / trips through her for a discount. The only thing we disliked was that it was slightly noisy in the room to sleep (the air conditioning, the fridge noise, the cockerel in the morning), but that can’t be helped and didn’t impact our stay too much.

A comfortable 2 night stay with a helpful host.

The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and generally the room was very clean! There were a few insects in the bathroom but nothing major! No direct access to the beach but only a short walk. Air conditioning was adequate but not the most powerful compared to other places.

Perfect stay in koh lanta! The location is super good between the beaches , the pier, restaurants etc we loved our stay in koh lanta! The hosts are really sweet! You can organize everything through them.. scooter, excursions etc. Amazing place and people 😊

Very small, cozy family-run accommodation

The accommodation is very small and has only four bungalows, which is totally nice, because it is very quiet. From the small terrace you look right into the greenery, really idyllic. The room is large and bright, the bed very comfortable and there is a refrigerator, kettle and even kitchenware. The owner is super sweet and very concerned that you are well. For the price a really great place to stay on Koh Lanta. Felt very comfortable.

The wifi was sometimes a bit stuck and not quite as stable. If you have to work in between, this is not ideal. In addition, it is very bright, if your bungalow neighbors are at home, you get everything. But these are the only negative points, otherwise everything is really great.

One of the best rooms I have had in Thailand. Lovely helpful family. We organised bike hire, laundry, a boat trip and our onward travel direct with the owner. Clean comfortable big rooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it

A great value place with lovely facilities and kind staff. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. Very close to the beach but also on the main road where the restaurants are better. They even provided a crib for us for our baby with no extra cost.

Highly recommended, a true little gem

This was by far the best value-for-money accommodation of our 2 months stay in Thailand. The owner is a lovely lady, who took care of about everything we needed. The laundry we gave her came back the same late afternoon, smelling and looking great. She organized scooters for us within 5 minutes. The rooms was spacious, sheets, towels and everything was impeccably clean. Loads of storage space, cutlery, water cooker, instant coffee for 2 people. There is a little safe, hair dryer and even three sets of towels (small and big for the bathroom plus comfortable big ones for the beach). The outdoor patio was a big plus, everybody has their own little veranda with chairs, table, clothes rack and it’s very green. Locations is in the middle of long beach, 3 min walk to the beach through the resorts next to it, loads of restaurants and cafes all around. The accommodation itself is tucked away in a side street, so it’s very quiet and you can get some good sleep. We highly recommend!

absolutely great lovely and clean

Absolutely lovely place that has everything you might need- great location (a lot of restaurants around, 10min to the beach) very nice staff, very clean and comfortable room and lovely garden. Wi-Fi and AC was excellent, room was always clean. 100% great standard for good price. we were working at the Ko Hub everyday so it’s 2min there.

Really big rooms and very clean and modern. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets smelled amazing! The owner/ staff were so kind and helpful. We were waiting for the taxi and the lady cut us up a whole plate of watermelon to snack on while we waited. Great location- 5 min walk to long beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Cozy accommodation in a good location

This is a small family establishment with 4 rooms and with 5-star quality staff. We felt very comfortable here and extended the duration of our stay here. Despite being located off the main road it is very quiet. It is just next door to Lanta Chalet Resort where you can go to the beach and use the resort’s facilities - where you can also find very good coffee. The bed was large and comfortable to have our baby sleep with us. The shower is divided from the toilet with a wall which is a big plus for Thailand standards. The staff welcomed all of our wishes. They were very respectful and helpful. There are mini markets, quite a few eateries, and a nice bakery close by.

It didn’t have direct beach access but this could be a good thing as well. On Koh Lanta you mostly go through hotels, restaurants and resorts to reach to the beach and except for some people who came into this establishment by mistake, nobody else comes into the yard and that keeps the place very quiet.

everything was great about the apartment. It's very clean, surprisingly quiet, close to the beach, bed is comfy and the AC works well and quietly. The host lives more or else next door and was super helpful in my travel endeavors, incl getting a motorbike, laundry and planning + booking my continuation trip at a price that was better than what I could get from regular agencies. While the place itself doesn't have any amenities (which is expected at that price) it is in walking distance to the long Beach Chalet resort which has offers a great + relaxed beach bar and Café. Overall the place is really good value for the money.

Lovely owners, clean and comfortable - would stay again.

The owners were kind and welcoming and the room cleaned to a high standard every day. Nice little balcony to sit in the garden, air conditioning worked fine, mosquito net on the bed and comfortable mattress. Yes, it was basic, but the price was good and the warm hospitality from the owners made this a great stay. Thank you!

Good location. Amazing staff, the lady would do anything in her hand for making your stay more pleasurable. Possibility to book transport and motorbikes from there directly for a good price.

The bathroom was not fully closed, with an open space for air to go in, which lead to a lot of mosquitoes inside the bathroom that could go to the room too. There was a mosquito net above the bed though.

A lovely week in Koh Lanta

Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. They bring you fresh water and toilet paper everyday. My room came with beach towels and bathroom/shower towels. The t.v. worked for Netflix and the wifi was okay. Good strong air con. Just a short 5-10 min walk down to the beach through eco resort road. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The lady that checked me in was really lovely and helped when my shuttle but was late picking me up.

Lots of plastic bottles but I'm sure they recycle them.

Gut für einen Insel-Kurztrip

Gute Unterkunft für ein paar Tage auf der Insel. Der Strand ist fußläufig innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, an der Straße findet man Restaurants, Cafés, Tauchschulen, Supermärkte usw. Es gab jeden Tag Trinkwasser und die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt Klimaanlage und Ventilator.

Der beste Aufenthalt der Thailandreise.

Die Lage ist top, ruhig und doch zentral. Die kleine Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Kai, die sich um alles kümmert ist ein wundervoller Mensch und macht die Unterkunft zu einer Besonderheit.

Nette Gastgeber

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat sich um alle Wünsche oder Fragen gekümmert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat alles gut funktioniert, Klimaanlage leise, Kühlschrank hat gut gekühlt, Wasserdruck war auch gut. Der Garten war hübsch angelegt und auch die Beleuchtung nachts war dezent und nicht taghell. Man kann hier übrigens diverse Sachen buchen, in meinem Fall war es eine Fähre zur Weiterreise, und es war billiger als im Netz, hat auch alles reibungslos geklappt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten gut zu frühstücken oder essen zu gehen, wobei ich auf meiner Suche nach leckerem Thaifood nicht fündig geworden bin...

Ich hatte gebucht da in der Beschreibung stand "am Strand" und "Strand 150m"...leider stimmt das nur teilweise, Luftlinie zum Strand sind wohl 150m aber es gibt keinen Zugang. Das heißt man muss erst hoch zur Straße, dann ca 800m laufen, durch ein anderes Resort gehen und dann ist man am Strand. Die Lage unweit der Hauptstrasse ist für einen ständigen Lärmpegel verantwortlich. Das Bett war mir zu weich, aber das ist ja immer Ansichtssache.

Bardzo przyjemny nocleg, bardzo miłe Panie. Cena bardzo adekwatna do warunków. Jest bardzo czysto i duża dbałość o szczegóły. Istnieje możliwość zrobienia prania.

Z małych minusów w pobliżu domków znajduje się Kogut, który w okolicach 5 rano daje znać o swoim istnieniu:)

- À 1 rue de la long beach - En retrait de la route, très calme - Esthétique par son beau jardin - Lit confortable et grand - Douche séparée avec un bon débit d'eau chaude - Assez de place dans le studio pour mettre ses affaires - Nettoyage quotidien avec bouteilles d'eau fournies et serviettes de plage fournies - Location de scooter sur place possible. Le prix est honnête et en cas de dommage la propriétaire fair évaluer le dommage directement par un garagiste le jour même au prix du marché local sans surcoût abusif ce qui est apprécié. - La propriétaire tient un restaurant style brunch acollé aux logements où vous pouvez prendre un excellente petit déjeuner. - La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et généreuse. Sa famille avait cuisiné exceptionnellement beaucoup de plats pour une fête privée et on nous a proposé d'en emporter quelques-uns à notre studio. C'était excellent et nous vous remercions pour votre hospitalité et votre gentillesse !
