    Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us hire bikes, do washing and arranged a transfer to Krabi stress free. Rooms were spacious and clean although the toilet had a bit of a smell but nothing to worrying.

    Check in staff was good. Feedback that hair dryer was faulty, she replace another one. Pool was clean and nice. Shower is poor - heater is preset programmed. Basic setting temperature is 39deg Celsius, cannot go lower. My kids had quick shower as when it's too warm for them, we off the heater and finished showering as fast as we could. When showering, drainage was poor. Showered water kept pooling at your feet. So, even if clean, feet was in the soapy water you just showered. The kerb for the shower area is low and unnoticeable which if not careful, trip or slip and fall risk is there. Water pressure depending if you have flush toilet. So, we flush toilet when shower not in use or end of shower. WIFI was poor, always no internet available that we gave up trying to connect to it. We seek reception help as our booking for island tour guide was late. She was rude and said wait, you didn't book through me. NB: I could not upload photo.
