    We spend 6 nights with our 3 kids. The room are clean and cheap. The pool is great. The restaurant is a little expensive and not that good, but its ok. We read a lot of reviews about the waterpark. Here is what you need to know. First, its not include in the price but its not that expensive. If you are experting european or north american standards you will be desapointed. However, if you give clear sécurity rules to your kids (dont run, always feet first, only when slides are wet and wear a rashgard) everything will be find. My 3 kids had a lot of fun in the waterpark! For the location, it is a little bit far from the main street and the beach and tuktuks are very expensive in Koh Lanta (no grab or bolt). If you walk at night, be very carefull of the dogs! We were attacked by a douzen dogs on our way back. My kids got very scared. We had to walk sticks and rocks the next nights. In the end, we would go back to this place.

    Nice hotel, for good price, bit further from main road, but in walking distance. Small pool for usage and Aquapark for fee. Even we wanted to go, but each day some Island small trips, so we had no time to use. We were happy with it 👍

    Spacious room. Ample and convenient parking. Kid-friendly environment with cartoon character statues. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. Cons: Bathroom issues – both the toilet and the shower were clogged. Several facilities are broken or poorly maintained. The swimming pool was dirty and had animal droppings. Although the listing showed there was a restaurant in the hotel, it was closed during our stay. This was inconvenient, especially for guests without cars who had to walk to the nearest town for meals. The Agoda listing showed a water park next to the hotel, which was the main reason we booked it. However, upon arrival—after driving nearly 800 km from Malaysia—we discovered it was under renovation, with no prior notice on the app. We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay for our kids primarily for the water park, so this felt misleading and disappointing.
