Star Beach Village & Water Park

I loved how spacious the hotel is and how no area ever felt crowded. It's designed so well that there's always plenty of space everywhere. The service was excellent, and there was so much to do.

What I didn't like was that our room was on the second floor. We were traveling with two strollers, so we had to carry them up and down the stairs every time, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning in the dining room was poor. It was always hot while we were eating, and we ended up sweating. Unfortunately, the dining areas also weren't well ventilated, so they often felt stuffy and uncomfortable.

Our stay at Star Beach Village & Water Park was overall okay, but there were several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience: 1. Restaurant Comfort – During the summer, the restaurant keeps its windows open, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not effective. This made dining uncomfortable, especially during hot days. 2. Pool Size – The pool area felt quite small and crowded, especially considering the size of the hotel and number of guests. 3. Limited Facilities – The hotel seemed to lack some facilities and amenities that would typically be expected in a resort of this scale. 4. Room Cleanliness – The room floor was not as clean as we had hoped. It gave the impression of an older hotel in need of better upkeep. I hope the management takes this feedback into account to improve the overall guest experience.
