Facilities were amazing and the all inclusive was great, especially the food. Kids loved the waterpark.
Part of the waterpark was unavailable for our stay which we’re unaware of. All inclusive wine and cocktails were a bit too cheap, so we steered clear of those but otherwise hard to fault.

Our stay at Star Beach Village & Water Park was overall okay, but there were several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience:
1. Restaurant Comfort – During the summer, the restaurant keeps its windows open, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not effective. This made dining uncomfortable, especially during hot days.
2. Pool Size – The pool area felt quite small and crowded, especially considering the size of the hotel and number of guests.
3. Limited Facilities – The hotel seemed to lack some facilities and amenities that would typically be expected in a resort of this scale.
4. Room Cleanliness – The room floor was not as clean as we had hoped. It gave the impression of an older hotel in need of better upkeep.
I hope the management takes this feedback into account to improve the overall guest experience.
