בסך הכל המלון אחלה. החדרים גדולים, הכל נקי, אחלה בריכות ומתקנים, הצוות היה מקסים ושירותי תמיד. יש שאטל שמסייע להגיע ממקום למקום במלון וסהכ נהנינו מכל המתקנים. קיבלנו אחלה מסאג' בספא במחיר סביר מאוד
לא היה כמעט מגוון של אוכל לילדים באף ארוחה מקסימום פסטה שחזרה על עצמה שלוש פעמים ביום. בברים אין אוכל למעט בר אחד שנמצא במעלה הגבעה ליד בריכת הילדים, מיקום ממש מוזר ומבאס כי זה לא ליד הבריכה העיקרית. גם שם היצע האוכל די דל. אין תחושה של פינוק של הכל כלול- אין הפי האוור, אין בר קרפים וגלידות בכל מקום וגם ההכל כלול מסתיים בשעה די מוקדמת. התחושה הכללית היא שיש מלונות הכל כלול שהם הרבה יותר מפנקים

The staff, super friendly especially the new generation. They know how to communicate and socialize with customers. The lifeguards r heroes there. They keep the slides safe for everybody so everyone can enjoy. They are lifeguards and not babysitters. Sorry it's just something I want to let the people know who are going there in the future. It's already very hard and difficult for them to keep the place safe so no accidents can happen. So please parents watch your children and to the grown up ones please respect the rules so everybody can have fun... Big and small kids and adults. The rooms and the hotel r kept clean by the lovely ladies. I really admire them everyday how they walk those hills and with their cleaning trolley.
Some of the old generation of waiters. They r still living in the past and hold on on their old habbits. They only know how to command the hard workers and when there r problems or things to do they try to avoid or deny it. It's time to get an update and get more energetic new staff. The food is tasty and flavorful, just pitty that the chef doesn't work with his heart and mess up the end result. So painful to see the yummy food getting tortured. To produce nice food you need to put your heart and passion in it. And something we have to mention is ofcourse the steep hills. There you really need to find a better solution for it. That's a point you really need to invest in that will make your customers more happy and absolutely wanting to come again. Because it's really something that can make the customers not coming again. The car is a good temporary solution but still its something to think about.

For the price it was fine. The room was big and clean, but absolutely no atmosphere. Not a plant or anything else for cozyness. The hotel was like that. Its fine and ok and clean, but no atmosphere. Guess the price reflects that.
The pool was great. The waterpark was great for the kids.
Big buffet of food, but the quality was not good. Cheap ingredients. Made to fill up the stomach, not for pleasure.
The use of plastic was painful to see. Everywhere use of plastic to be thrown out after 1 time use. Seriously a waste and not the right signal in these times.
No atmosphere anywhere at the hotel.
