The staff and facilities were amazing. The food was delicious. Room lovely.
Our room had the bedroom upstairs and this was a challenge as the air conditioning did not work up there and it was really hot. We were given a fan but that was noisy and I can’t have air blowing at me so it was not very effective. A real downside. Also if you had mobility issues I would not recommend this room.

Excellent location and facilities were exceptional. We were lucky as main season had not started so not as busy as I am sure they would be in the height of summer. The overall setting was outstanding if you are seeking somewhere exclusive and private. Front of House staff were exceptional and made excellent first impressions.
Service from bar and wait staff. If this is a high end facility then speed of service and information needs to be addressed - lack of interest of 4 bar staff while we waited 15 minutes to be served was amazing and not a good look. Room menu was different to what we could order - somethings not available - why have them on the electronic menu??? Breakfast was very ordinary - eggs overcooked and lukewarm.
