Okirroi Villas Chersonissos

We booked very last minute due to tour operator letting us down. I arrived in tears and full of stress, the owners calmed me immediately, and I will be forever grateful for their hospitality. Lovely quaint apartments with shared pool access which was lovely in this heat.

Nothing I could of stayed the rest of my holiday here if the room was available for longer.

Pool was always clean and lovely, andreas attentive as possible to our needs and very friendly, great walk to the beach, doable walk to stalis bar strip, airconditioning sufficient, regular enough cleaning, two corner shops with snacks household items drinks and gifts neighbouring the property

alarm beeps in intervals when any of the doors such as to the balcony are open, andreas did not seem to know the root of it or how to turn it off so something to keep in mind especially if anyone is sleeping in the living room. some appliances such as the kettle are outdated and dysfunctional even after asking for replacement, but it is also our responsibility to ask for more replacements if necessary. transport links eg buses especially in direction of malia are extremely unreliable, ended up taking taxis more than we expected, but this is not at fault of the property obviously.

The stay at Okirroi villas was definitely a highlight of our trip. The place is just amazing. The apartment was nicely decorated, cleaned every day, and there were even towels for the pool and different ones for the bathroom. Andreas (I hope I remember his name right) is very kind person, always respectful to the guests and always happy to help if you need anything. Pool was clean, and the view from top of the garden was very special. We loved our little terrace where we sat every evening. It's in a good location, outside of all busy tourist villages, bit still close to the beach. Thank you!

Self catering. Location - it was a 20 minute walk to Star Beach which was beautiful & has sun loungers & a beach cafe. It was a long walk into Hersonissos town so used local buses for tavernas & a well stocked supermarket.

It's close to a main road, but the traffic noise didn't disturb us too much.
