Whole experience was fantastic. Attention to detail, interaction between the staff and us, room, the place itself was beautiful & we also had the full use of the sister hotel's facilities (Water based activities etc.)
Breakfast was excellent also, as was the room service.
When it came to checking out, the process was quick and smooth. They were still very helpful after we had checked out and were waiting for our transfer taxi to arrive.
Outdoor pool was a little cool for me, although our visit was in October. The indoor pool was not heated.

Stunning resort, very very clean rooms (twice per day cleaning). Very friendly personnel. I cant find any negative point. Also the food on the resort was of very good quality!.
And finally a resort with a nice and big well equipped gym!

Definitely one of my top holiday destinations. Location was great, our suite was insane! We stayed in the prestige suite and it was nothing short of a dream. The staff were incredibly friendly, really lovely people. There were many facilities but also not far from the city centre. Will definitely be back to visit again!

The service was beyond expectations. We often rang for a buggy to take us around the resort or order a taxi and it was very quick. The room service was very quick and the portion sizes were very generous which was very surprising for a luxurious hotel like this.
Furthermore, I informed the hotel I was pregnant and they had a pregnancy pillow for me without having to ask. Unfortunately, I became unwell and need emergency attention, within a minute of ringing the reception for help they had a doctor on the phone to assess my symptoms. Within a further 10mins the Doctor had arranged urgent appointment with a specialist consultant at a hospital. Being away from home and needing emergency attention I could not fault the help and attention I received from the hotel. They took care of me like I was their family and I am very thankful for their empathy and care.
That I didnt book a longer stay!
