Everting was great and the staff was very nice and helpful with all our needs.
The bad in the rooms was a bit soft for our opinion, but the sofa bad was amazing strong and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with an amazing ocean view from the villa. The private pool was spotless and well-maintained. Margarita at the reception was absolutely wonderful, always kind and helpful. The staff in general were very polite and available at any time. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the location is excellent.
Breakfast could be richer, and the lower floor area would benefit from better lighting

nothing bad to say about this hotel.
the structure is new, rooms are clean and other parts of the resort aswell.
rich buffet for breakfast, many things were the same, but everyday there were aswell other things. we loved that.
we used a massage service for the couple, we enjoyed that very much.
