Everything was perfect at Domes Noruz — a truly beautiful adults-only property, with an exceptional atmosphere, impeccable service, and a wonderfully attentive team. ✨ Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend Domes Noruz for a refined, peaceful and truly memorable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only disappointment was our room : as a party of four, the room assigned did not match the photos of the category we had booked through Booking.com. We had expected the hotel to proactively allocate one of the larger rooms within that category, given our party size.

Where do we begin? Quite simply, this is the finest hotel we have ever stayed in and the highlight of our entire Greek island-hopping holiday. From the moment we arrived until the very reluctant moment we left, every single aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Our Upbeat Sea View Retreat with Plunge Pool was absolutely stunning. Waking each morning to uninterrupted sea views and falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves was something truly special. Stepping out of our room, the beautiful main pool was literally just a few steps away, followed by the fantastic Raw Bar and then the wonderful Topos Restaurant overlooking the beach. The entire hotel has been designed to perfection. What elevates Domes Noruz above every other luxury hotel, however, is its people. Every member of staff was warm, professional and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had the best possible experience. We would especially like to recognise Olga at the Raw Bar. In over forty years of travelling, we can honestly say we have never experienced customer service quite like hers. Her warmth, friendliness, professionalism and ability to make every guest feel special were simply exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she remembered everyone, greeted us with a smile every day and created such a wonderful atmosphere around the pool. Hospitality businesses around the world could learn so much from Olga. She is an absolute credit to Domes Noruz and one of the main reasons our stay became so memorable. Everything, from the immaculate housekeeping and exceptional food to the relaxed atmosphere and stunning beachfront setting, was simply outstanding. We arrived expecting a lovely hotel. We left with memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you to everyone at Domes Noruz for giving us what was quite simply a perfect holiday. We will be back

Absolutely nothing.

The half board food is very good, the pools and beach are incredible and the rooms are clean and stylish with everything you need.

The bar and alcohol in general at the hotel was very expensive and consequently there isn't any atmosphere/many people around the bar area. If they lowered the prices by a few euros here and there on drinks it would attract more people and give that area a bit more life/atmosphere.

We paid in advance on booking.com for breakfast included and were told on arrival that it would be 25 euros a person. Am contesting this advance charge with hotel, and we ate breakfast elsewhere. Room was so tiny that there was literally no space to walk. Bed was on main floor and loft had hot tub & balcony but why would we climb upstairs to put down our suitcases? We put our carry-on suitcases on the only floor space available next to bed, meaning we had to step over them every time we moved inside room. Shower & toilet room so tiny that you bump into walls when you move (we are 5'4" & 5'9" so there's no excuse for a small closet-size bathroom). Sink is in middle of room, behind bed. Stupid design because you have to wash hands in middle of room. Nice staff but doesn't make up for disastrous room situation. Also too many staff so we were clearly paying for that instead of a nice place to sleep. Beach is nice.
