Henkilökunta mukavaa. Huoneet sopivankokoiset ja siistit. Buffetruoka hyvää. Sijainti rauhallinen, mutta palvelut saavutettavissa helposti. Riittävä määrä altaita. Vaikkakin lokakuussa niissä alkoi vesi olla jo aika kylmää ja porukka viihtyi enemmän altaan vieressä kuin itse altaissa. Hyviä musiikkiesityksiä oli ilo kuunnella.
Valaisinten kohditus huoneessa hieman hankala, kun vuodesohvalle ei omaa valaisinta. Ilta-aikaan vaikea lukea kirjaa, kun täytyisi laittaa katto- tai peilivalo päälle ja koko huone valaistuu siinä. Huoneissa ei fyysistä ohjeistusta esimerkiksi TV:n, ilmastoinnin, tallelokeron käytöstä, aterioiden ajankohdista. TV:ss ohjeistus päiväohjelmasta ja aikataulusta, mutta se ei aluksi toiminut. Jääkaappiin ei tuotu missään vaiheessa lisää vesipulloja tms. Vastaavassa paikassa aiemmin yöpyneenä, siivooja toi joka päivä täydennykset. Kuitenkin kyseessä all inclusive systeemi. Monet maksulliset pelit kuten ilmakiekko ja biljardi tökkivät vähän väliä: kiekko ja pallot jäivät jumiin. Niistä sai kyllä respasta rahan takaisin, mutta toimivat koneet toki olisivat mukavat, jottei respaakaan tarvitse näillä häiritä.

All food, service, facilities all excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. Nice safe atmosphere. Great location with shops and tavernas near by. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
There are lots of cats who live in the complex and some staff spray them with cleaning fluid to discourage them from being around the guests; water would suffice or even simply shooing them away. The pool toilet floor can become very slippery and would benefit from a non-slip mat or similar. A Danish holiday tour company arrived and rather took over, bringing their own entertainment/staff who carried out activities with very loud music in the pool area. Given the hotel was not solely for their guests this was rather inconsiderate.; one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it was reported to have minimal entertainment and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

Smaczne jedzenie, czyściutko w pokoju, pokój nowoczesny. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki. Baseny dla wszystkich od maluszków po dorosłych. Bardzo ale to bardzo miła obsluga - cudowni, pomocni ludzie. Teren przy basenach jak i same baseny codziennie sprzątane.

- Renovated clean rooms biggest highlight and the small terrace was nice.
- Overall level of cleaning
- Swimming pools (also well maintained)
- Location near several nice beaches with good snorkeling
- Outdoor seating in restaurant causes less noise compared to big indoor hall with scraming kids
- Ice cream (server twice per day) was high quality
- Snack bar (souvlaki, pizza etc), popcorn machine and soft ice were food highlights and not the actual buffet
- Compared to many resorts I have been in Greece (and elsewhere) the food was plain, repetitive and almost like cheap lunch restaurant. Theme nights use the same incredience and I fail to find any food that would have been particularly good or impressive. Only one cooking station, otherwise basic small buffet with very limited selection.
This is nothing compared to Mitsis resorts or Nana Beach.
- Stupid limitations and rules including paying 2eur for pool towel/person in an all inclusive resort..allowed to change these 2eur towels every second day, drinks served either in plastic class or small kids size juice glass. Nothing served to table, all self service..no luggage pickup from rooms ’unless you are unable to carry them’. Very limited all inclusive drink selection but trying to sell premium. General attitude less pleasing compared to actual luxury resorts.
- Entertainment quite low quality compared to bigger resorts. Magic show and small circus show were entertaining for kids. No real stage or place, entertainment next to swimming pool during dinner
- Dinner ends at 21 but on many nights the cooking starion closed at 20 and many things were already cleaned/finished at 20:30…
