This place is a gem, great all inclusive offering with exceptional food. A short bus ride away from Rethymnon, and a very short walk to the beach which has a very bougie beach club called Baja Beach Club. There is also a small village within a 5 minute walk with several tavernas and a few shops. We went with our 21 year old daughter and went for a family room, which has 2 separate bedrooms. The pool is huge, with a separate shallow area for adults or kids, and a separate kids pool too. This place has a boutique hotel vibe, it's not very big, but it's very laid back. Plus, no towels on sunbeds in the morning, which was great! Admittedly we were there just outside of school holidays, but there were loads of empty sunbeds throughout the very attractive grounds. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for somewhere relaxed to spend a week or two in the Cretan sunshine. Rethymnon is a lovely little town too.

Staff was nice and helpful. When we arrived they provided us a room on a street side and it was too loud and noisy. So we asked to shand to a pool side - so the host was very helpful and arranged the swap. Pools are clean and pool area is cozy. There is a bar that serves and prices are very okay. 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to a little centar with tavernas and shops. We were sattisfied with our stay. Nice that the hotel is rather a small or medium size.
Braek fast is okey but it might vary a little or they could offer even more local food. Nothing to complain about.

The AC was very good and modern. It has a silent mode too and a night light off. The hotel bar was nice. The hotel interior is nice. The pool was nice. Free sunbeds at the beach. Good prices. Lots of activities to do ( tennis, ping pong, small outdoor gym), close distance to Rethymno by taxi, also to nearby restaurants and 2 beaches. All staff except for one were amazing and friendly. Bathroom towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned daily. Was overall very relaxing.
Bathroom door hits the toilet.
The entrance door is not soundpeoofed at all - we heared other guests very loudly ( talking, walking, slamming doors)-even at night.
The WI fi was very slow and sometimes not even working for a short bit.
The wardrobe stank so we didn't use it at all.
No balcony light.
We had a few ants every evening upon returning from dinner.
No gluten free and dairy free options despite having booked the hotel after asking about it and being promised there is a variety of such ( see picture) - everyday the only options were GF bread, GF muffin and soya milk.
The breakfast was everyday exactly the same even for non gluten free or dairy free.
No AC in the lobby or diner area.
No refill on Q tips. Toilet was not cleaned daily.
Was given one key card which we needed for the AC to work so we always returned to a hot room.
Only one of the staff we found rude after we asked for a beach towel exchange, she had a sassy tone and was unprofessional - telling us off for this request ( shocking for a 4 star hotel)

Nice staff, good pools.
Average food, also lot of families with children and people who seem to search good time and rest, it is incredibly noisy at night, all nights till late. And no one cares about it. Reception is unreachable at night so the only option is to knock at doors and ask people to respect others.
