Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the variety was great. Lots of entertainment for the children too. Special shout out to Joanna at guest relations who made the access to the tour from the hotel so easy.
We liked everything about the hotel and will stay again.

The hotel is around 25 minutes away from Heraklion airport. It is located on an hill with beautiful views. We’ve visited other 5-star hotels, this one is truly a class above.
The rooms are very spacious with large shower and enough storage to fit clothes and shoes. There is a stocked up fridge, but also nearby filling stations for water.
The Spa was exceptional- the relax room, treatments, and facilities were the best we’ve ever experienced. We were very impressed by the service and food in the Mexican restaurant.
We also loved the entertainment shows (Mamma Mia, Fire and Ice, The Circus), the beautiful decor, and the fresh, clean atmosphere throughout the hotel. The pools, aqua park, and all the different dining choices.
All cafes around the resort also offered food choices like salads, waffles, pizzas, snacks and ice cream. We felt that the hotel offered excellent value and service.
