Unfriendly night staff, clean room but dated

No breakfast, rooms were clean but very dated and cluttered with furniture

Man from restaurant took us to our room and he didn't smile or give any welcome, very unkind, the rooms were cluttered, with dated decor. Bathrooms much nicer and modern. It's a pretty town.

Adequate accommodation.

they had a secure garage for our bicycles and we had a nice dinner there.

They did not provide any type of fan and we could not open the window at night because of mosquitoes. consequently, our room was very hot and stuffy. we could hear the TV on in the room next to ours before 5am. Bath gel dispenser in shower was empty.

Fair for a short stay

The hotel is nice and location is quiet. Room was alright Enough space for 1 person to stay comfortably, really nice views. I only have one dinner (Cesar Salad, small portion) there and it was great.

The room (number 2) was smelly as if someone has been smoking there. Towels are small and not good quality. Better towels will make such a good difference. Also a change on pillows will be great.

Good hotel in a nice location, but still to expesive.

it was clean

the code from the outside door is writen on a paper and it was sticked to it with simple tape. we were with a child and she ripped of the paper from the keys. late at night, we came to hotel and the paper was missing from the keys. we spend much time to remember the code. there were no 24/7 customer service on the phone and of we could not remember the code, we would need to sleep in the car with a 1 year old baby. there need to be another way to give the code to the guests :(

Vary nice little hotel in extremely quiet area. Absolutely fantastic for the rest and perfect sleep. Nice restaurant with beautiful view.

Breakfast was nice but you have just a knife without fork...? One couple was struggling with two knives to eat but without much success...me too..

good value for money, if you don’t eat breakfast there

the building is old but the rooms are renovated and new. we had a view of the garden and lake. there is free parking in front of the hotel & WiFi. check-in and out were uncomfortable . it’s a good stay if you’re travelling through.

the breakfast (11€!!! p.P.) was unreasonable and ridiculously expensive. they had barely any selection, eggs were almost greenish. no water to drink at the “buffet”. i recommend you eat elsewhere honestly. not a good value for money.

Lovely hotel on the riverbank, the staff was very nice - not all of them spoke a lot of English, but were willing to put up with my broken French and find a way to understand each other. The room was clean, with space to move around and lots of storage space near the entrance. The bathroom was small but very well arranged, the bed was large and comfortable.

I stayed during a terrible heatwave and in the room there was nothing to cool it down, not even a fan, but being on the riverbank keeping the windows open helped a bit, so I'd just flag this as a minor inconvenience.

Location is good - between strasbourg and Colmar. restaurants are within walking distance.

Unkept parking. No AC in the middle of summer - hard to get sleep when it’s scorching hot despite windows open.

Comfortable and clean rooms

The building of the hotel itself was very old, but the rooms were renovated and extremely beautiful, comfortable and clean! We had a excellent stay. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood.

The accommodation is perfect, but they could hang a net curtain at the window. Now when you open the curtain, they can look into the room. Furthermore whe missed a toilet hanger in the bathroom also, just a little details1z but a bit inconvenient.

Pleasant

The surrounding of the hotel is very quite and we slept very well. The view from our room was nice, it was in front of a small and quite river. The staff has been nice to serve us dinner even if we was late.

When we booked this hotel we read that all the rooms have been renewed, but our wasn't, at the first look we thought to leave, but we intended to be in the hotel just for the night, so it was quite good for that.

Sehr ringhörig, man hat die Leute in den anderen Zimmern und auf dem Gang gehört. Keine Toilettenpapierhalterung was nicht schlimm aber fehlend war.
