Good for nearby Europa-Park

It was clean, contemporary and well located close to Europa-Park (25 min walk). The staff were friendly and it suited our needs. The room was well fitted out, but nothing overly special. I did appreciate the casting functionality on the TV.

We were located in a room quite far away from reception, and with a heavy rucksack was quite a walk away.

Very good price quality ratio

Honestly such a good hotel for the price! If they don’t increase the price I would for sure come back! Simple and modern yet very clean hotel rooms. Frontoffice was very helpful and spoke english very wel. The hotel, lobby and concept have a more modern, fun twist which was lovely as we were going to eurpa park that week. Felt very comfortable!

You get one free drink upon check in, but it cannot be a bottle of water which is strange.

Great hotel, while a bit pricy

The breakfast was perfect-a lot of choices for all types of needs. The quality of the hotel exceeded expectations: room is comfortable, the bed is large, bathroom is clean and modern.

The room not too large, but well designed and had enough for a one night stay, but might have limited amenities for a longer stay.

Amazing place to stay and fab value for money!

This hotel was absolutely amazing for the price. The decor was so modern and different to big standard hotels. It was so interesting. It felt really clean and calming too. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help guests. The location of this hotel is fab for Europa Park, about a 20 minute walk on a morning however on an evening can exit via the hotel guests exit and you end up just across the road at Hotel Bell Rock. It’s also surrounded by little cafes and restaurants and right next to Lidl! Rust is a gorgeous little town too. I could honestly go on. I would now never stay onsite at Europa because this was a little hidden gem!!!

Literally the only thing I feel could be improved was the lack of clothing by storage in the room. There was 4 hangers which were on a wall grid thing. It was pretty cool but there was two of us for 4 nights and it just wasn’t enough. We managed though. Totally worth the money we paid!

Perfect for visiting Europapark and Rulantica

Fancy hotel with a nice lobby full of games etc. Both Europapark and Rulantica are on walking distance. The hotel is more or less exactly in between those two. Beds are good, airco is good, curtains are good, breakfast is complete. All-in-all very good.

Nice hotel, very convenient for people visiting EuropaPark and alternative to the park's hotels.

Breakfast was OK, plenty of choices. The scrambled eggs were a bit dry/cold, but that's (unfortunately) normal at many hotel breakfast buffets.

Part of the hallway had an unusual odor, as if someone had stored some cheese in their room. Fortunately, this was not the hallway where our room was located, so we only noticed it when walking from the elevator to our room.

Clean. Comfortable bed. No noise even though the hotel was very full. Good nights sleep. Friendly and polite staff. Breakfast buffet hot and cold food available. Food available in the evening. Nice decor. Nice vibe

No where to put your clothes. Four coat hangers for two people is just not acceptable. Also no iron. When you have no where to put your clothes you're gonna need an iron if you're living out of a bag. Just not good enough sorry. Either provide adequate clothes storage or an iron/ironing board. The rooms are big. You have the room.

Well located for when exiting Europa Park and close to the park hotels/bars. Good vibes inside the hotel, stylish rooms, breakfast was good value

Storage in rooms not great, aircon also not ideal in summer heat. Bar food menu was limited

Neat and clean rooms, close to Europa park, very warm and welcoming staff.

There is no room service, no electric kettles or coffee machines in the room, no complimentary tea bags, coffee pods in the room. Not sure if it's a European thing but so far every hotel we've visited outside Europe, no matter how basic, has always had this provided in the room. Their breakfast buffet was fine but it could be improved in terms of variety of food.

Modern, clean property with a lovely variety of food at breakfast. Loved the view of the white storks nesting on the roof of a nearby hotel.

The family room was very small compared to other family rooms in Germany. There was very little space for luggage and no cupboards.
