Lovely big house, great space & views. Enjoyed our time here & would return if in Arrochar again.

The location of the property is amazing!! Looking over the water & straight onto the ‘Cobbler’. Its breathtaking. Everything on your doorstep too, with amazing walks. Great places for food & drink & Tarbet is 5 mins drive away! Property is large & spacious. With 4 decent sized bedrooms & en-suites, which is the best!! Kitchen is massive, with plenty space. The living room/diner, especially the dinning area are exceptional with a big beautiful dinning table with benches & chairs seating 12 with no problems! The property was lovely & warm upstairs. The Hot tub, was very warm & relaxing. My son & my grandson used it & really enjoyed it, especially the views. Lisa, the owner is a lovely genuine person who goes out her way to help you.

The property is up the top of a very steep driveway, with bad lighting & lots of ruts on the pathway. You have to be very careful going up & down. Lisa assured us this was being dealt with in the near future. Down stairs in the property it is cold, we had to take one of the heaters out a bedroom to try & heat the area up as my son was sleeping down there, but it was fine after a wee heat. The cooking trays for the ovens hadn’t been washed from the previous people & there was champagne bottles & a flute at the hot tub, this isn’t Lisa’s fault it’s an overlook by the cleaning team. We were woken at 5am on the Saturday morning by the neighbouring property which Lisa owns, by females laughing & screaming running round the garden. Again, this isn’t Lisa’s fault if people don’t adhere to her rules. On entry there was a strong smell of smoke, even though there is NO smoking allowed. The balcony & furniture really do need replacing, as very old & rusty. In general the property could be doing with an update, as it is a very beautiful house in amazing surroundings.

Amazing Villa with spectacular views.

Beds were comfy and bedrooms and ensuit toilet in every room was fab. Nice and spacious villa that will sleep lots of people! The view from the balcony was outstanding and the location is fantastic 👌🏽

The pictures on booking.com are not a true reflection of the condition or decor of this property! Everything is a bit tired and the villa requires a deep clean lots of cobwebs and dust in and around communal areas such as reception area when you enter and the living area. Dusty damp smell when entering the property. Lots of the crockery and some glasses were chipped. Cooker made a loud buzzing sound every single time we used it. The hot-tub area had no lights and the cover fell straight off when lifted, making it extremely difficult to recover after use. They could have a canopy or cover over the Hot-tub area as due to poor weather we couldn't use more than once for 20 mins due to heavy rain. The balcony seats were dirty and unsuitable to sit on we had to get the seats from the garden for the balcony.

We had the best girls family weekend in a beautiful house, the scenery was spectacular.

The location and views from balcony and hot tub were second to none! Beds were all very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful

Lovely Villa for a family break

Lovely large well equipped villa with plenty of outdoor space and excellent views. All ensuite rooms. Travel cot, highchair and baby gate available. Lovely soft fluffy towels Hot tub and hot tub towels supplied Everything seems to have been catered for.

Need outdoor lighting around the hot tub as it's a bit dangerous getting in and out in the dark. Bins were already full and overflowing when we arrived but the host was quick to respond and advise us to bag our rubbish and leave indoors.

Exceptional

The Braemor house was absolutely ideal given what we were looking for. There were 8 adults staying and every room had its own en suite. The living rooms and kitchen were huge along with a great dining area. Value for money was great and we have recommended it to others looking for a similar weekend away.

Some of the decor is a little tired, trim off units, handles missing, issue with the shower door. These are small compared to the excellent points of the house.
