Location, bathroom and ensuite, sitting area outside, huge tv.
- Large dining table was wobbly
- guest next doors not abiding by the lodge rules - making excessive noise outside until 3.30! Messaged the owners and didn't get a response until next day at check out - no warden or someone checking grounds at night.

Stunning quiet/location, excellent facilities, lovely outdoor area, very clean, easy check in and out procedure, friendly owner/staff, lots of room for parking and easy to access Balloch via walking or taxi. Online shopping order easy from Asda.
There were no privacy blinds from the bedroom windows on to the car park requiring shutting the black out blinds and turning on the lights whenever a change or privacy were required, no bath mat provided, fitted sheet was too small for the sofa bed, bouncy / soft standard size double beds.
