Ease of check in with help when I arrived at Eden Mill. Bedroom was with ensuite facilities and was clean and tidy with wifi. Kitchen area had communal TV, full kitchen with tea and coffee. Downstairs there was a cafe / restaurant which I did not use due to arriving late and leaving early.
There was nothing I disliked.

Staff friendliness is second to none! Readily and actively engage with guests seeking to do something/ anything to enhance your stay.
Staff saw me messing with my car and went and collected tools to get me out of a jam and offered to assist with the fix.
Very comfy beds.
The whole environment is surgically clean and the location itself is perched on a sublime panoramic surround.
Nil.

Breakfast: Good choices; however, it was a bit too greasy. Lovely location, great staff, and a very helpful manager (as my wife is disabled). Also, great communal kitchen.
Needs Grab Bars in the shower for those who are unsteady on their feet. Plus, every room should have its own TV instead of one in the kitchen.

Thought expensive for what it was ( prices in the city were ridiculous due to it being last night of commonwealth games….. I don’t know if £115 I paid was typical for Edenmill or inflated due to timing). The guy who greeted me was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
