Lovely stay in a comfortable, clean flat.

What a beautiful flat! Great location, incredibly clean, easy instructions from owner, safe location, very quiet flat.

Some areas were a little tired and could be done with some tlc but this didn't affect our stay at all. The TV wouldn't connect online so could only watch dvds... Not a massive issue for a weekend stay but as we had teenagers would have been helpful.

Spacious flat within Glasgow west end.

It was an excellent location for us. It was clean comfortable accommodation. Good and informative information from the host.

I had booked as a family of five, however on arrival the fifth bed wasn’t made up. We were however able to make it ourselves.

Great location, fantastic apartment

Location was fantastic (we walked to the OVO for a gig), lots of handy shops within walking distance, and a nice park to meander around too. Spacious apartment, nice comfy sofas and a place to eat was great, plus 2 bathrooms was super handy. Host communication was excellent. Booked again for later in the year.

For me, the bed was very firm, which is purely personal, the other bed felt softer and the couple using it said it was comfortable, but it would have been great to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms (again personal, it was very sunny the days we stayed).

Great apartment in lovely west glasgow location.

Keys were in lock box as described by john (the owner). we had to ring him - due to our stupidity - but John answered immediately and was able to advise us. Flat had all the amenities that anyone could need

The living room was very comfortable for 4 of us to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen had good cooking facilities. The apartment was light and spacious. The area was very pleasant and easy to get into the centre of Glasgow.

Good location with a few dining spots close by.

Just one thing: For an American, the instructions were confusing on which apartment in the building it was. It said to go up four flights of stairs, to the second floor, but we would have said it was two flights (each having two sections) to the third floor. And it said "the wooden door" -- but all the doors were made of wood. Seems a small thing, but it did cause confusion on arrival. Otherwise, our stay was all excellent.

Great apartment in excellent location

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we love it. In an excellent location of Glasgow and always able to find somewhere to park. Really well equipped flat and all round a great place to stay.

Lovely flat, warm and clean

We stayed here while attending a conference at the university. It was a little bit of a walk from the venue but certainly not too far, and the flat was lovely. It was warm (a major advantage as the conference venue was freezing..), clean, nicely furnished and the extra bathroom was a real bonus! The landlord sent detailed instructions about how to access the flat the day before we travelled up, and responded to questions quickly. Strongly recommended!

Lovely location near plenty of shops, with an easy walk's distance from the botanical gardens and Kelvingrove museum. Nice and quiet at night. Sofas were super comfy and there were some great cafes round the corner for a good breakfast.

Good place for a short city break

Communication with host was brillant, placé was easy to find and in a fairly handy location, albeit a little way out of the centre. The beds were extremely comfy and there were options of twin/superking in one room and a fold out bed as well as the double for the other room. There were two bathrooms. There was a comfy sitting room. The flat was clean with nice linen and towels provided. The stairs and entrance were clean, secure and well kept.

Not much negative to say except taps could have been better. We didn't cook in the kitchen, although it seemed reasonably equipped, had we needed to make a quick meal. Kitchen and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

A good base for our short stay.

The location of the flat was perfect for us. There was a bus stop almost outside the door and some nice cafes and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away. The flat itself was spacious, bright and had everything we needed. It was a nice space and we liked the original features still in the building and the flat. Parking was on the street so very handy.

There were three little niggles for us: there were no curtains in the bedrooms meaning it became too bright very early, the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the fridge tended to topple forward if you put anything heavy in the door. Other than that everything was fine.
