Bedrooms were spacious, good location for our trip,two bathrooms and double beds were better than singles for us. The host was attentive and helped with some things.
Parking outside was easy.ttable.
The WiFi codes given were wrong so had to contact host who dealt with it well.
The bathroom floor seemed to have some spongy mess indicating a leak somewhere with a slight smell.
Kitchen radiator was very noisy with water running through it so had to be left off and upscale windows were cold in kitchen.
Could have been a bit cleaner, floors were gritty as if not been mopped and our bath hadn’t been cleaned.
En-suite has a toilet panel missing which made flushing it more awkward.
Host has been notified so they have chance to fix these things. For two nights it was ok. Would have wanted these things fixing for a longer stay.
Outside we saw one car with a smashed window which made us feel scared for leaving the car as we had two bikes in the back.

Location
The request for deposit was not clear at the time of booking and had to be done just prior to arrival. For overseas visitors bank deposits are difficult and expensive; and the £250 damage bond felt excessive

It's a nice place to crash for the night and the location was perfect for what we needed.
The apartment is not designed practically to hang out in, it's mainly for crashing at night (which is fine if you're planning to be out most of the time during your stay). The living room/kitchen area is small and there isn't a table to sit at for dinner, its missing some basic things such as a coat rack and the heater didn't work.
