Great stay

Outside facilities were great, hot tub and gazebo were fab all outside facilities were spot on with the dart board and table football kept you entertained

although the property was great with great facilities i feel for the money the very early check out at 10am along with the 4pm check in didn’t give you much time to enjoy the night as you were thinking of getting up so early to check out yes you could request a late check out but at an extra cost so feel check out could be a bit later , also the maid was on the property at 9am to clean the hot tub so if you wanted to you couldn’t use the hot tub in the morning

Absolutely stunning property, with so many cute little touches. Such a beautiful, peaceful location with views to die for. The hot tub and outdoor terrace with firepit were amazing. Would highly recommend booking to stay at Catterwood cottage!

Would have been good if the outdoor shower was working rather than have to take a shower inside before entering the hot tub.

House with mountian view

The lounch in the garden was nice. We did not make use of the enormous hot tub, which had to be heated about 24 hours in advance. Furthermore, the teeners liked the tv, which we had in each room. We also enjoyed a play of darts in the lounge area. And, the location, near Drymen was terrific. Mountain view on both sides, very quiet place on private property. Large kitchen and also the other rooms were large. We also liked the small shop with essentials and games.

The double beds were very small. We did not like the scents which were electronically spread in 3 rooms. Both doors did not have a lock which was functioning, not needed in this quiet place but how about other guests? We also had rodents in the house the last 2 days, eating from the bread in the kitchen.

40th birthday night away with friends

I'm just back from an overnight stay at the cottage and it was amazing. The cutest cottage with the biggest hot tub and we all had a lovely stay for my 40th Birthday. The communication with the owners is excellent and I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Cosy and gorgeous night away

the property was very clean, and presented beautifully. The ‘honesty shop’ had some very intriguing/funny items which we appreciated😊 Very nice hosts as well keeping in touch with us regarding arrival to ensure the hot tub was heated so that was great. hot tub was nice and hot, overall a fantastic evening.

the only thing I wasn’t sure of was the lock on the front door from the inside, I feel a normal lock and key style like the front of it would be much better and I would of felt a bit more at ease, but overall I felt very safe in property.

The cottage was clean and well stocked with all the essentials, the owners were so helpful and easily contactable when needed. The gazebo and hut tub area with fire pit was so cosy and definitely the highlight of our stay.

בית גדול מאד ומושקע מאד- ניכר שכל פרט תוכנן לשמח את האורחים. סלון מקסים עם חלונות גדולים לנוף משגע, מטבח גדול ומאובזר, שולחן אוכל גדול ונוח. חדרי השינה גדולים והמיטות נוחות, וגם בהם חלונות גדולים לנוף. הבית נמצא בקצה הכפר, מקום שקט מאד עם נוף פתוח- חוויה חד פעמית! כל המשפחה התלהבה מאד מהבית והצטערנו שלא יכולנו לשהות בו לתקופה ארוכה יותר.

במקום כל כך יפה ומושקע, יהיה נחמד אם תהיינה מגבות רחצה. אמנם היינו מוכנים לזה מראש, כיוון שזה הובהר היטב, אבל זה לא תאם את רמת המקום.
