Lodge very clean and had everything you could need.
Location is fabulous with local shop, coffee shop
and pub 2 minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was fun to sit in and watch the world
go bye.

Location was great.
Apartment was good but had nowhere to dry clothing also was not designed well as was carpeted all the way to the front door. No instructions for cooker.

Location was excellent.
Size of accommodation was good.
Met our needs for our break.
Nicely decorated.
Shower was awesome.
Bed a bit uncomfortable.
Very limited worktop space in kitchen if preparing food.
Grounds outside in need of maintainence, grass needed cut fences/gates in poor condition.

We were upgraded to anotjer lodge which was itself beautiful, clean and homely to stay in. The private hot tub was an absolute bonus and brilliant to use. The view of the Loch was stunning too.
When we got there, there were renovations going on and we weren't informed our lodge was not available due to flooding after trying to get a hold on the owner. This did take a bit of time to get an answer as we they weren't available on the property and I had to await a phone call after leaving a voicemail.
We didnt realise the lodge's central heating wasn't working till later on in the night so it was absolutely freezing. At the time I had a slightly runny nose, but due to how cold the property, I think this didn't help and I ended up leaving with a chest infection. Whither this was just a coincidence or not, im not sure, but its was terribly cold that i vouldnt sleep the first nigt. I had tried to make contact with the owner via phone call and email who did notify the cleaner but she stated she would have been unable to fix this. It was only luck that someone who lives in an adjacent lodge was able to fix this, (said he helped with some maintenance around the lodges). However due to how I was feeling we were unable to stay the last night.
The hot tub was stunning but there was no outdoor lights whilst using this during the night so thay was a slight inconvenience.
