The Cabin was cosy & in a brilliant location to the loch! My daughter had an accident on the last night and the staff where amazing checking if she was ok :)

The staff were so lovely and helpful. We took full advantage of the pottery painting activity, as 30 year old women it really is enjoyable for all ages. The pricing in the shop was very reasonable for a holiday retreat which was refreshing to see!
We had 3 cabins book for 14 of us for a girls getaway for the mayday weekend. One of the cabins hottubs was cold and not working properly when we arrived but the reception staff and maintenance staff fixed the problem in a timely fashion! Maintenance staff also came to check in on the hottubs half way through our stay to make sure everything was working as it should.
The view is absolutely amazing, if you love lochs, trees, wildlife, hills then you will be more than happy! Not too far away from callander either so your not completely secluded!
The lack of plug sockets in one of the bedrooms was a slight inconvenience, the mirrors could be bigger. Nothing major to note

Relaxing stay in lovely surroundings. Hot tub was fab, well maintained and always available. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Booking experience, was told they have a new booking system and recently started using booking.com. Many messages back and forth which took days to respond to, had to call office 3 times. Be aware there are additional charges for pets, even when booking pet friendly accommodation.

Lovely setting near the loch .Very peaceful with good walking & cycling track
Considering a disabled lodge entrance very muddy & decking a slip hazard as covered in wet slimy leaves that could easily been brushed away or washed off.
Internally could have been cleaner with a creasy cooker hood , mouldy disabled seat in wet room & surfaces dusty.
