Fantastic location on the loch head. Short walk from a decent pub. Short drive from Oban. the Sauna was a nice extra. Apartment was well furnished, everything we needed. Comfy couch and TV with all the streaming services.
The apartment was less private than we had expected from the pictures - all apartments overlook each other, and there is very little privacy. Beds could be more comfortable.

Absolutely stunning setting. The Mermaid Gafden Suite was exceptional too - clean, well equipped. Hazel was lovely too. Would love to return.

The attitude of the reception was the worst, she was rude and when i asked about the key she was yelling at me.
