Lovely spacious villa in ubud, relaxing stay

Plenty of space, comfortable king bed, own pool which was great after day of exploring. Able to cook in outdoor kitchen. Water filter and refill provided whenever needed. Away from busy roads so nice and peaceful, but could walk to restaurants, markets, temples. Staff helped organise driver when needed, always offering to help.

Looks older than photos, needs a big spruce up. Could do with more kitchen items such as utensils, bowls, sharp knife but we managed.

Not what Bali is about for our family.

The entire experience was terrible The accomodation was dirty and rundown and the manager didn’t want to try and fix the situation by making other options available unless we paid again. Then they had the audacity to refuse a refund or credit even if we decided we were going to stay with them. It was a blatant cash grab, the villa photos were obviously taken when the villa was first completed as upon arrival it was a disgusting mess full of mosquitoes and doors/ windows that were unable to be closed.

The villa is in serious need of renovation. The mosquito nets were completely moldy, and the wooden interiors have been extensively damaged by insects. Even the stone surface of the wash basin has started to erode and crack. While it’s understandable that Ubud’s jungle setting comes with bugs, the villa’s pest control measures were virtually nonexistent. Their approach relies solely on daily cleaning staff using small household insect sprays, rather than any regular, professional-grade pest control. The most distressing experience for my partner and me occurred on a night we opted out of housekeeping. Returning in the evening, under dim lighting, I reached for the air-conditioning control and felt ants crawling on my hand. Following the trail, we discovered the back of the bed’s decorative panel and the floor by the nightstand were infested with ants and their eggs — an absolutely horrifying and hopeless moment. This incident left us so shaken that we couldn’t sleep deeply for the remainder of our stay, constantly worried about what else we might encounter.

The Villas are really spacious, I just like the big bathroom and the traditional look of the Villa. Also having a pool is a plus and a little kitchen.

Lovely gardens, big walk uphill from the main area, tight fir cars to pickup, some won’t come up the narrow street.

Large rooms, comfy bed, own pool private area.

The property needs quite a lot of maintenance inside due to floor uneven and damaged and the deck area where pool lilos damaged by white ants, it’s shame as could be lovely with bit of attention

Quite area and staff is good!

Old apartment and not properly maintained. The rooms were not good smelling when arrived (closed air) and there was not even temperature water for drinking. A bit disappointed because what we got it was not what we expected..

Location was great, 500m to the main street of Ubud. Staff were pleasant, very polite, helpful and very professional. Our villa was quiet and peaceful day and night.

Whilst the villa was in pleasant surrounds we felt that it was rather "tired' in appearance. The villa needed a thorough clean in the bathroom/shower area - floor and wall tiles (grout and flooring) had accumulated some slime. The wooden flooring/decking surrounding the pool and steps into the villa had rotted in some areas causing an OHS hazard. We feel that if these issues were not attended to that occupancy of the villa would decrease with time.

I am happy with my stay except for the bathrooms, the beds and the bedding.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The villa is rather rundown. the downstairs bedroom is not properly ventilated. The pillows and bedding do not smell fresh. the plumbing system needs to be checked as the water from the taps is not clear sometimes. A couple of chairs in the bedrooms would be appreciated.

Pool leaked and for the entire stay the hose was running in the skimmer box. Pool went green very quickly, not sure where the water was going ? Decking around pool was rotted and dangerous as well as the kitchen sink ran out into the cupboard , it was green inside cupboard and on floor around sink and cupboard . With a little maintenance this villa would be lovely.

The location and the homestay surrounding environment was really good. The staffs were really courteous and friendly.

There was a drinking water dispenser in the villa. Everything was quite spacious.

The furniture was old, it smelled musty and the bedding felt damp. Wifi was not really working well. It takes a while to get to the main street.

Super relaxing and quiet but very accessible to Ubud Centre.

This is a lovely secluded property away from the main area of a bird but also easily accessible with a short walk. The villas themselves are very private and clean and the staff are very kind and accommodating.

The property requires some minor maintenance and a little updating but nothing so major as to upset our stay.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. Also the bath inside was very nice.

The breakfast was horrible. Just go somewhere else to eat something nice! There were some ants in the bathroom.
