Este lugar é uma experiência totalmente diferente de qualquer hospedagem comum. A ilha de Skye já é um lugar belíssimo, mas a casa fica no final da ilha, o que é ainda mais espetacular. Começando pelo caminho até a chegada: estradas rurais, estreitas mas muito boas, com morros, lagos, ovelhas e paisagens deslumbrantes. A parte final, quase na casa, tem uma das mais lindas vistas de toda ilha. Os quartos (são 2, mas todos estão disponíveis para o mesmo hóspede ou família) têm uma vista belíssima, ficam no andar de cima da casa onde vive Graham, o anfitrião. Ainda assim, a privacidade é total, assim como sua disponibilidade para o que for necessário. Tudo é de extrema qualidade na casa. Graham conhece muito bem a ilha e dá ótimas dicas. Um dos pontos altos é a comida, que foi a melhor de todas na Escócia (e também comemos bem noutros lugares). Graham é um grande cozinheiro e prepara um jantar imperdível (menu degustação), com produtos frescos de comerciantes locais. A experiência do jantar (comida, ambiente, atendimento, vista) é inesquecível, assim como o café da manhã tipicamente escocês. Enfim, não é um lugar barato, mas vale cada centavo. Não trocaria este lugar por ficar em Portree ou em nenhuma outra parte da ilha. Para realmente aproveitar, uma vez que a ilha é grande, o ideal seria ficar ao menos 2 noites, como fizemos. Espero voltar.
