Great hotel & location although the dinner menu could have a better selection

Beautiful location

The selection on the dinner menu was limited to 4/5 options with extra payment of £6.95 for extra items ie Chips. The breakfast was excellent

Absolutely amazing - would stay again!

Great location and friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Bed was very comfortable, and decent water pressure in the shower.

No lift if you have heavy bags - however the team will help you carry your bags up the stairs if they are very heavy! Only matters if in an upstairs room.

The most friendly staff and a perfect stay.

What an amazing hotel. Extremely friendly staff, going out of their way to help. We were early so our room wasn't quite ready and would have been fine to wait, but instead they gave us an upgrade to a room that we were able to use straight away. The interior was stunning as well, with a lovely fireplace to sit by in the afternoon/evening. We were not feeling well, so sadly canceled our restaurant reservation but the delicious and affordable room service perfectly made up for that!

Perhaps the food menu could be slightly bigger.

Cuillin Hills Hotel is beautiful. It was a very peaceful place to stay. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and everything is onsite if you don’t feel like going into town. The food is delicious.with plenty to choose from.

Birthday trip

I went to this hotel with my partner to celebrate my birthday. My second time in The Isle of Skye and wanting to do some hiking. The hotel is well located, has easy access and the staff from front desk to restaurant was super nice, competent and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you might need. You can walk to shops or other amenities from the hotel if you don't want to eat there and the views are lovely.

My only remark was with the bed in this particular room that felt sinking my end and creating a little bit of a mound in between us but this would definitely not stop me from coming back here again as it was very comfy anyway.

The hotel was truly wonderful — the room view was absolutely breathtaking, exactly like the photos but even better, as if from a fairytale. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious with a stunning restaurant view. Everything was perfect.

We had room 41 looking out onto the bay. It was beautiful! The bathroom was large and accommodating. Dinner was fabulous! Our stay was short (24 hours) but amazing. The staff were wonderful in all regards.

An elevator for baggage would have been nice, but of course your incredible staff lugged them up the stairs for us, even though we protested. My one bigger concern were the spiders. LOL. When we were at dinner, there were small, black, thick spiders on the windows. It's nature. It happens. But the windows to our suite were right above it. It was hot and we wanted the windows open. But...the spiders! Screens on the window or something would have been great.
