A pleasant 46 m² one-bedroom apartment with an elevator, located in the heart of a residential neighborhood with local shops (bakery, grocery store, bank, etc.) and green spaces.
The apartment is ideally located; by car:
- 10 minutes by car from downtown Chartres, its famous cathedral, and the “Chartres en Lumière” light show,
- 10 minutes from L’Odyssée water park,
- 5 minutes from the Carrefour shopping center,
- 3 minutes from the Maison Picassiette,
- 3 minutes from the squash/badminton courts,
- 5–10 min from the business park
The apartment consists of:
- a large bedroom with a standard double bed, plenty of storage space, and a small sitting area perfect for relaxing and reading, as well as a single-seater sofa bed,
- a living room
- a fully equipped kitchen
as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
As an added bonus, the apartment features a large balcony where you can enjoy meals outdoors!
Linens are included in the rental, except for toiletries (available upon request for an additional €5—towels).
