The main attraction of this apartment for us was the location and the nice atmosphere.

There was no key card for the car park as was agreed. The company that manages the site was very slow with responding to our emails and calls. They agreed to refund us for the parking cost. So everything will be okay in the end I hope.

Great location and well laid out property

The location of this property is as good as you will in Chartres. The ease of getting to and from the parking (by European standards) is excellent. And it's a well laid out and comfortable flat. Highly reccommend.

This is one of the nicest locations in we've ever stayed at in Europe. Especially considering the cost. I have to add another sentence to meet Booking's requirements in order to publish, hence this last sentence.

A really spacious central apartment with all we needed for our brief stop over in Chartres.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with two large bedrooms. Excellent communication beforehand regarding arrival, and ideal to have access to secure parking very close by.

The location is great. The rooms are big and airy.the reception was really helpful. We arrived very late and they were very accommodating.

Geräumige Wohnung in bester Lage

Zentrale Lage, gut schallisolierte Fenster, geräumig, bequeme Betten, schön eingerichtet. Das kostenfreie Parken in der nahen Tiefgarage ist toll.

Die Sitzmöbel müssten mal gereinigt werden, wie schon von anderen Gästen rückgemeldet. Und wenn man es geschafft hat, die Spülmaschine zum Laufen zu bringen - bitte eine kleine Anleitung dazu legen, sie funktioniert nicht so ohne weiteres - dann fliegt etwas später die Hauptsicherung raus. Wenn man sie wieder reingedrückt hat, dann läuft die Maschine aber fein weiter.

Bon séjour agréable

Très beau logement, charme de l'ancien (beaux parquets,hauteur sous plafond >3metres...) et modernité chic pour la décoration. Très bonne situation. Très calme.

Petite restriction sur le délai de réponse au téléphone 15mn, alors que l'appartement n'était pas prêt à l'heure indiquée (15h). Après contact téléphonique nous avons pu accéder à l'appartement qui a été libéré par le service nettoyage à 15h45. Ça peut arriver mais une réponse plus rapide aurait évité quelques tourments.

Merveilleux

L'appartement est chouette, spacieux lumineux, calme et bien situé . La cuisine est bien équipée , la propreté pas mal, accès au parking super pratique et facile avec la carte et l'emplacement est idéal .

Petit bémol : la poignée de la salle de bain qui reste bloquée, ne vous enfermez surtout pas dedans si vous êtes seul . Wifi zéro, le réseau est capricieux et le lave -vaisselle est out, il ne marche pas, à notre arrivée nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle mal lavée que nous avons relavé à la main .

Le fait que la carte pour le parking gratuit n'ait pas été à notre disposition. Le chauffage trop bas dans l'appartement. Le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché.

l'emplacement est parfait au centre de tout, le gros plus de cet appartement c'est le parking gratuit sécurisé parfait, l'appartement est spacieux avec plein de rangement

le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de balai ou d'aspirateur et le lave vaisselle était hors service car il manquait du sel et du liquide de rinçage.
