It is well located and has everything you need for a relaxed stay in Chartres. The outdoor seating area was a real bonus to being central but also feel like you are away from it all.

I have nothing negative to say about the property. A suggestion would be an additional bin bag for those staying more than a couple of days. Some walkways have quite low ceilings so be careful if you are over 6ft 🤣

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. It was spacious. The terrace was definetely a plus. There was a washing machine, which was also useful. Nice staff but their advise about heating, unfortnately, did not work;(

It looks like this apartment has recently opened for business; as such, it needs more care and attention when it comes to its facilities. Although the description mentioned a desk in the living room, there was none, and we had to work on the small dining table. The biggest issue was the room temperature. When we arrived, the thermostat was set to 15°C and could only go up to 18°C. When we contacted the property — several times — they said that one has to turn the radiators on manually. However, this was not possible to do. So we slept in the cold. (During the day it was comfortable, but temperatures dropped at night — precisely when we needed the radiators — with no luck!) The sewage system also needs attention: there were pipes in the closet that require proper insulation. Every time the upstairs neighbor flushed the toilet, we could hear water running down through the pipes. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, two large frying pans, a medium-sized pan, and a large pot. A smaller pot would have been a useful addition as well as second drying towel, if possible.
