Brilliant other than the parking

Well laid out Close to centre Clean

Parking was an issue as you could not park more than 3-5 hours during the day unless you parked in the centre. Consequently we had to move our car around ( 7pm to 8 am was free if you could find a place nearby) Also a fan would have been helpful .

Great apartment in ideal location — perfect place to begin our vacation in France.

With another couple, we rented two apartments in this historic building. Nicely renovated, with all of the modern conveniences. We especially liked the location near the river, and hanging out on the patio of the ground floor unit at the end of the day.

The (original) stairs to the 2nd floor unit are narrow without a handrail. They could be a challenge for some; but we managed just fine.

Vraiment parfait ! Christophe est très gentil et aux petits soins, dès que vous il vous demande si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. On voit qu il tiens à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien. Dans certains airbnb on ne vous mets même pas un rouleau de papier toilettes… L’apt est magnifique avec un joli jardin et la vue sur la rivière en plus d’être non loin du centre L’entrée autonome avec digicode est très pratique Merci pour tout et à bientôt

Eine sehr schön gelegene ,voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung,die ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann!Ruhig am Flüsschen geradezu idyllisch unterhalb der fantastischen Kathedrale gelegen.Perfekte Küche und Bad!Terrassee und Gärtchen.Ich war hier nun schon das 3.Mal glücklich. Herzlichen Dank,Christophe.

Appartement spacieux et calme ce week-end là. Bonne situation.

Un peu compliqué pour y accéder ce week-end là à cause des travaux et évidemment de se garer.Cela aurait sympa de nous en avertir.Et le jardin et courette avec un peu d'investissement...humain pourraient être une petite pépite .Je rajouterai,mettre en place des consignes de tri sélectif .

Het was neten proper. Eenvoudig en voldoende groot. Mooie wandelmogelijkheden en mooie winkels.

TV viel erg tegen. Geen stoeltje in de badkamer. In de douche shampoo en wasgerief op de grond leggen. Geen handsteun in de douche.

Séjour vraiment agréable tant au niveau de l'appartement que de sa situation dans la ville.

Les échanges avec la personne en charge du logement ont été parfait, avec des réponses rapides et toujours très aimable. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description qui en est faite et aux photos. C'est un joli appartement, fonctionnel, bien aménagé, très propre et idéalement situé, avec un rapport qualité prix très intéressant.

Difficile de dire ce que je n'ai pas apprécié. Il manquait juste des plats pour aller au four, mais sinon tout est parfait.

Petit semaine de travail reposante grâce à cet établissement

J'ai passé une magnifique semaine dans cet appartament qui se situait à 5' à pied de l'endroit ou j'ai travaillé, en plein coeur de la belle ville de Chartres. Tout était parfait, à commencer par la petit cour qui donnait sur un jardin où un rosier de Ronsart était en fleur, jardin pratiquement exclusif. L' appartement est très bien situé, doté de tous les équipements nécessaires. Chartres en lumières est un très beau spectacle et l'appartement est en plein milieu des attractions. Merci, Cristophe pour cette semaine. Je retournerai
