Great location for visiting Chartres, nicely renovated building with plenty of interesting history, free parking in a parking garage across the street is a real plus if you travel by car. Plenty information provided by hosts, including tips on restaurants, etc. Fully equipped kitchen, all amenities available, LOTS of excellent restaurant choices nearby.

Host communicate only in French. The lock box is on a different building, which makes it a little complicated on arrival, but is well explained by hosts (with pictures) in advance. Arrival by 22h latest (even with self check-in). There's a constant rustling of the wind in the bathroom.

Very comfortable and well equipped flat! Nice, quiet balcony. Comfortable bed! Would have been perfect if there had been a fan or air con to keep us cool at night.

Had trouble getting into the building at first, until we figured out that we had to pull on the bar that held the door shut. It would be helpful if the instructions said that! Otherwise very clear and helpful instructions.

Klein maar fijn appartement, ideaal voor tussenstop

Het was een klein maar zeer schoon appartement. Alles erop en eraan. Ophalen sleutel ging makkelijk. Communicatie met eigenaren ging prima.

Er zijn 2 Q-Park-parkeergarages in de directe nabijheid en we vergisten ons de 1e keer in de garage. Moest Coeur de Ville zijn i.p.v. Hôtel de Ville. Tip: vooraf heel goed de instructies van de eigenaars lezen. De galerij aan de voorzijde van de appartementen vond ik behoorlijk eng (geen balustrade), want ik heb hoogtevrees. Maar mijn man vond dat totaal geen probleem en hielp me daarbij, dus het was snel opgelost.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. La carte parking est une vraie valeur ajoutée. L'immeuble est moderne et idéalement situé (attention toutefois pour les personne souffrant de vertige car le couloir d'accès du 4eme étage donne sur le vide avec juste un filet métallique de sécurité - bien lire les commentaires)
