Very nice.

The location was awesome. We did not move our car for the 3 days we were there. Walked everywhere. The apartment was very spacious. Appreciated the "old-world" feel of the building and space, and the modernized kitchen and bathroom.

More and clearer instruction as to how the parking pass (which the French call a badge, not a pass) works in the parking garage would be very helpful.

All in all a lovely place to stay.

it was well located, spacious and well equipped. Loved the hidden doors to the bathroom and the decor.

It needed a deeper clean as we found undies hidden behind a radiator and the toilet needed a serious scrubbing. The staff didn’t respond at to messages during the stay- we were trying to locate blankets or douvets. Eventually found some but they had no covers as well.

Loved Chartres and the location were great, but the negatives bear the positives

Location is perfect, right on the busy square and double glazing meat it was quiet at night. The lounge area is comfortable and sunny

Getting the car to this place with inadequate instructions was a nightmare, and parking is not convenient. We had to drag suitcases a long way. This is a large apartment and could be really lovely with some care and attention, but as is, it’s ordinary. Most of the cutlery was left in the dishwasher rack so, unknowing we had to manage with one teaspoon and 2 knives. Finally, actually finding the apartment was very difficult - better instructions needed.

Avoid at all costs.

The apartment smelled like dead rodents. I notified the owner who said they would investigate it and they never responded to me, despite me checking in multiple times. it’s above a McDonalds, where people hang out all night and it’s very loud, directly in front of the door to the apartment’s entrance - which is also where the windows in the living space faces too. it’s also not cleaned - there are lube handprints above both beds. Nice touch!

Fantastic location and excellent apartment. Would certainly recommend if you are needing a stop over or want to explore Chartres.

Was not aware of gaining access into the road in order to off load luggage and obtain the key. A few more kitchen knives and cooking implements are needed - was not a major issue for us.

Le design

J’ai payé 51€ de parking car vous aviez annoncé au départ que le parking était payant et votre message signalant la gratuité est arrivé trop tard pour annuler. Le couloir est squatté par des personnes extérieurs au bâtiment qui fument, laissent leur déchets au sol et cassent miroir (resté au sol) et un boîtier à clé. Impossible de rentrer en contact avec l’agence de location. Dans l’appartement beaucoup de choses à redire.

Mooi appartement in het centrum van Chartres met onder het plein voor het appartement een grote parkeerplaats.

Royaal appartement met alles er op en eraan. Het appartement zelf ligt ook op een prima locatie. Een lekkere bakker dichtbij!

- de indeling kan soms wat lastig zijn. De badkamer met wc heeft 2 ingangen waarvan er maar 1 op slot kan. Daarnaast moet je vanuit de achterste slaspkamer door de andere slaapkamer of door de badkamer lopen om in de woonkamer of naar de keuken te lopen. - Wij hadden geboekt incl parkeren zoals de advertentie toen aanbood. Er was geen parkeerkaart beschikbaar zoals vermeld op de infokaart waarop de aanwijzingen staan van het huis. Hierover gebeld en daar werd nors op gereageerd. Gelukkig had ik nog een foto van de advertentie gemaakt toe ik ging boeken , want tijdens ons verblijf was die tekst er ineens afgehaald bij de advertentie. De gemaakte kosten zouden vergoed (dit is via mail bevestigd) worden en dat is tot op heden niet gebeurd. Hier houd je wel een nasmaak aan over.
