Great location, great flat, great hosts

The flat was well provisioned with everything you could need, convenient to the train, city and shops and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very central for city visits with secure parking for a car which is not needed if the city is the

Owner met us and explained systems. Roller shutters on windows kept rooms dark for night time and reduced outside noise to almost zero - important as apartment is adjacent to a main road into the city centre.

Fantastic apartment close to center of Chartres

We liked everything, apartment is very comfortable, new, clean, has everything you need to sleep, cook, feel like home. Very close to Chartres Cathedral and historic center. carrefour and Boulangerie 3 minutes walk. Patricia and Herve are very friendly and recommended nice places for dinner.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable, close to centre of town, parking in underground garage

Could be hooks on back of door for dressing gowns. Towel rail had to work hard to dry three towels and tea towel.

10 out of 10, great flat, location and facilities.

The flat is a home from home, with literally everything you need, it is in a great location too. Located a short walk from the Railway Station, Bus Stops, Cathedral and town centre. We were delighted with the flat and hospitality from Hervè and his daughter Mariè who kindly met us from the station. We would highly recommend staying in the flat and if in the area we would use it again, we wanted for nothing, from shopping bags, to basic kitchen needs, strong WiFi, and had a great sleep on the very comfortable mattress.

Prima appartement comfortabel en dicht bij Chartres

Hoewel je overdag wat verkeerslawaai hoort is het ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts stil. De ligging is prima om Chartres te verkennen, je loopt zo het centrum in. Vergeet daar de kathedraal niet te bezoeken! Dat er een parkeerplaats is in de garage onder het gebouw is perfect. En er is een lift, ook erg prettig met de bagage. Verder is het bed prima (wat hard maar fijn) en de keuken is klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er.

Magnífico anfitrión y coqueto apartamento en Chartres

La comunicación con el propietario (Hervé) desde el principio fue fantástica, resolviendo todas las dudas que se nos plantearon. Nos estaba esperando a la puerta de la urbanización cuando llegamos, nos explicó todo lo referente al garaje, nos acompañó al apartamento y explicó con todo detalle lo que contenía (electrodomésticos, como se abría el sofá cama, etc) y nos regaló un frasco de mermelada casera de albaricoque. Durante el tiempo del alojamiento estuvo pendiente de si todo estaba correcto. El apartamento estaba impecable.

Como puntos negativos reseñar que no había ningún canal de televisión español de los cientos que tenía su televisor, y que la calle en la que estaba tenía un poco de tráfico, (pero el aislamiento de las ventanas era excelente).
