The rooms are advertised as soundproofed, but I could hear phone alerts and activity from the next room.

Central location, clean, basics missing

Clean. Clear instructions for arrival. Nice communal space if you want to use it. Comfortable bed.

No sound proofing; thought the neighbouring room was coming into ours at midnight and heard them talking, making coffee etc. No fan, so in 30 degrees it was pretty unbearable. Noisy street. Hand soap and shower gel empty. Shower leaked across floor.

I will not use this company for my next stay anywhere in France

Totally disaster, when I try to open the door by PIN, the PIN was incorrect. Thanks to the person leaving near by he call someone (assume owner or staff) and got the correct PIN otherwise I will sleep in rail station.

A perfect quiet central stay

The building was full of charm, the bedroom was a nice size even with a little dining area. Ideally situated with an underground car park for anyone driving.

Good flat but could be improved with some further help offered for guests

Beautiful house, nice flat with comfy bed, close to the cathedral and station, good shower.

The heating was difficult to get right, either very hot or very cold and couldn’t leave the windows open at night because the Studio flat is on the ground floor - some instructions on how to manage it would be helpful for guests. As some other reviewers have commented, the kitchen does need more basic equipment: although when I asked for an item it was very kindly delivered, thanks!

Ce que nous avons le plus aimé dans cet établissement est sans aucun doute l’emplacement . Nous étions au rdv. La literie est de bonne qualité . La pièce est grande et bien aménagé .

Les parkings sont tous très cher à Chartres . Un conseil : prenez contact avec le gérant pour avoir des tarifs préférentiels . La chambre manquait de propreté : mouton derrière les portes, poussières sur les étagères et bibelots, vidange du seau dans l’évier ….

Pratique et confortable

la chambre était confortable et grande dans un immeuble ancien mais bien refait en plein centre de Chartres. Avec l aide de l agence nous avons pu nous garer facilement et pour peu cher comparativement aux tarifs pratiqués par la ville ce qui était un plus.

l’absence de petit déjeuner sur place mais facilement compensée par une excellente boulangerie a toute proximité. Le wifi en revanche est un peu capricieux.

Très belle chambre, chauffage bruyant à n'en pas dormir.

Dans le studio 1, les tuyaux de chauffage et les plaques de placo aux murs faisaient un bruit répété de craquement toute la nuit ! Je n'ai pas pu dormir c'était pénible. J'ai dû me lever à plusieurs reprises pour jouer avec les tuyaux et avoir un peu de répit mais rien à faire toutes les 20secondes un crack !

La literie est confortable, la chambre donne sur une rue calme, les rideaux ne laissent pas passer la lumière.

- nécessaire d’envoyer un scan de sa carte d’identité pour obtenir les codes d’accès - pas possible de laisser les bagages avant le check-in (pourtant tard) ou après le check-out (pourtant tôt) - des détails, pas très gênants, mais qui traduisent un léger manque de standing : les rideaux, en partie détachés de leur tringle, et qu’il faut remettre en place en montant sur la chaise ; la butée du couvercle des toilettes qui n’est plus là, avec les restes de colle sur le mur ; des sachets de thé mais pas de mug, ni de bouilloire ; des flacons vides, oubliés par l’homme ou la femme de ménage sous le lavabo ; la télé où la seule chaîne qui fonctionne est TF1…

Emplacement, décoration, propreté, calme, équipement. Un superbe studio très bien équipé et parfaitement géré.

Le chauffage, trop élevé, sans que son réglage ne soit accessible, a priori. La commande des éclairages des chevets qui interdit un allumage sur deux.

L'entrée du studio est magnifique,il y a une décoration style château. Le studio est confortable, propre, joli, parfait pour une halte. Un seul petit bémol est l'évacuation de l'eau de la douche qui devrait se régler facilement. Nous nous excusons...Le tapis de bain est trempé... L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre-ville proche de la cathédrale & de ses charmantes petites rues. Très belle découverte.

Ich war trotz meiner anfänglichen Bedenken hoch zufrieden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Auch wenn ich grundsätzlich Hotels lieber mag, an denen es eine Rezeption gibt und man mit realen Menschen vor Ort zu tun hat, hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Nicht nur der Türcode sondern auch das Badge für die verbilligte Nutzung der Tiefgarage hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch die grandiose Bäckerei, in der man hervorragend frühstücken kann, trug zum positiven Gesamteindruck bei.

Wie schon gesagt, grundsätzlich finde ich etwas spooky, wenn einem während des gesamten Hotelaufenthalts - wenn auch nur für eine Nacht - kein Mensch begegnet. Allerdings lässt die Konzeption des Hotels und der Bau des Hauses wohl keine andere Nutzung zu.

Le loft de l'amiral

La déco, la propreté, l'emplacement centre ville historique, malgré tout très calme, la proximité d'un parking souterrain à deux pas. Nous n'avons passé une excellente soirée étape et sommes reparti à regret...

Il n'y a qu'un seul miroir dans le loft... Et il est petit... La pile du détecteur de fumée était en fin de vie, le petit bip répété étant agaçant J'ai téléphoné à la conciergerie. Bien qu'en dehors des horaires une personne m'a rappelé pour trouver une solution !

Superbe point de chute pour visiter Chartres à pied.

"Fabuleux" est un peu exagéré, mais "très bien" serait largement insuffisant. Côtés très positifs : localisation dans une petite rue très calme à 500m de la cathédrale, des restaurants et du parking municipal (indispensable puisque tout le centre est piétonnier); décoration, sanitaires, literie et mobilier impeccables; communication avec le propriétaire rapide et efficace. Il a d'ailleurs accepté de modifier la date bien que nous soyons normalement hors délai pour le faire.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas très bien (impossibilité de capter A2 par exemple).

Liegt in einer verkehrsberühigten Zone. Parkhaus in der Nähe. Kostet ca. 30€ für einen Tag. Ich habe an dem Tag als ich ankam niemanden im Hotel gesehen. Kein Personal, Kein Gast . Rein geht es mit einem zugesendeten Code. Geht für mich aber in Ordnung. War nicht leicht zu finden. Das Schild am Haus war ca. 30 mal 30 cm groß.

Seifenspender war leer. In der Dusche, die nicht richtig befestigt war, war aber Seife.

Excellent moment dans cet établissement de grande qualité. Équipements et propreté irréprochables, literie hyper confortable, localisation idéale, calme et sérénité... qu'espérer de plus!... Incontestablement l'adresse à connaître pour visiter Chartres. Situé au coeur de la vieille ville avec un parking souterrain à 50m, cet hôtel d'accès libre est doté de tout le confort souhaitable en offrant un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Contact aisé avec le responsable. Tout est parfait !
