Perfect place. I stayed there for 2 weeks and then I had to extend my stay for another week, the host asked me if I needed anything, it was they nice and I appreciate it.

Everything. It's perfect in any way. It's neat clean, there's anything you might need in the kitchen. Comfy bed, pretty big comfy couch in the living room. Nice neighborhood and absolutely perfect view from the window.
When temp gets close to +40 Celsius it's pretty miserable since there's no AC in the apartment but I can't say it's such a problem because it rarely gets so hot in Chartres, it just happened to be so unusually hot during my stay.
